ACE Rescue Computer Solutions

I saw all the recommendations on Facebook, so I contacted him. I took an older 2009 Dell laptop to ACE to get the stuff off the hard-​drive and a hard drive from an older desktop computer that stopped working to get the stuff off of it also. The laptop would not start up and he offered to run a diagnostics. There were a few things wrong but in the end he was able to get it back up and running. I was very impressed with his knowledge of computers. He was super helpful and even offered to drop it off to our home. I highly recommend Aaron at ACE Rescue for any and all of your computer needs.

Aaron came highly recommended on Facebook so I took a chance & contacted him regarding my (what I thought was) long-​dead laptop. To my surprise Aaron said he could make a few repairs and to my shock it’s as good as new. Affordable and fair prices too. I’d recommend Aaron to absolutely anyone who wants fair and friendly service. It’s great to have a knowledgeable, local, «go to» guy!

I had Aaron do a clean on one of my laptops and a hard drive install on the other. Everything went smoothly except for I couldn’t get Adobe acrobat installed back on the laptop that he cleaned. I called Aaron and he told me what to do and even offered to do it remotely if I wanted (logging on from his computer at his office to mine which was in my living room) I declined and thought I could take care of it. I went through all his steps and still no Adobe. I called him and told him what the issue was and since he was in the area he actually offered to stop by my house. 30 minutes later, because of my own fault again after the computer got cleaned, he had it installed and I was up and running. Very personable and cares about his customer as much as he does making a dollar. You can read my other Unilocal reviews and I very rarely give five stars. well-​deserved!
