If you do not want to deal with an extremely rude owner do not go here! My husband went to this florist the Friday before Valentine’s to get me a dozen red roses arranged in a more modern way. He shared his horrible experience with me and I just cannot believe it! Because she did not understand what he was looking for she was extremely rude, he felt like because he didn’t want to buy one of her arrangement that she was upset. She didn’t help him with ideas and treated him like he was an idiot for wanting something different, she literally grabbed 12 roses wrapped them in plastic and charges him over $ 60! This was not what he was looking for in the slightest! If he wanted something like that he could’ve gone to Stater Bros and bought the same thing for $ 20 or less! Price wasn’t the issue, he had no limit. She just didn’t want to help. You know the customer service is bad when your child asks you «Daddy, why was that lady so rude to you?» Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I wish he would have given his business to another local florist and had a better experience.

Horrible horrible horrible. Walked in, saw no one. Someone peaked over and didn’t greet me well. I started looking around and there wasn’t really any variety of flowers. I said I was looking for some flowers to put together as a funeral arrangement for my aunt is a florist and she can just make it for me. She gave me a stern and attitude type of look. She asked me when the funeral is and I said today. She gave me a nonchalant look and said nothing. Didn’t bother to help me. And the flowers were overpriced for nothing special.

Very disappointed with this arrangement! Although the arrangement is beautiful I made specific request when placing this order. I told her the recipient loves Gerber daises. There are only 3 added to this arrangement. I also told her no pastels and no lilies because the person I ordered them for is allergic. This arrangement has several lilies and the primary colors of this arrangement are pastels. When I called to ask her why did she not follow my requests she said she forgot to write it down when I placed the order. She also was very annoyed that I called and told me she only had red, hot pink, and yellow available in her shop if I want her to redo the order in bright colors. So I asked her why she didn’t convey that to me when I placed the order and she scoffed and said she would just refund my money and pick up the flowers. Horrible customer service if you ask me. When you are placing an order over the phone you expect that the person will let you know if they can not fulfill your request. Not just take your money and do what they want! Also this arrangement cost $ 75 and over $ 100 with the delivery charges. I can make a better arrangement than this with a couple of bouquets from stater bros. The flowers here are basic and there are only 4 roses! Seriously? $ 75??? Ripoff! I will never place an order with her again. Especially because of the attitude she gave me over the phone.

I called 5 minutes ago so close to close and Mother’s day is this Sunday! ekk… I have no idea what to get, only that it needs to be beautiful and yellow. The florist gives me a description of what she can do and the type of flowers she’ll use for a yellow spring mix and I’m excited to see the creation! AMAZING they can deliver tomorrow before Mother’s Day! I’ll upload a photo soon.

I am in Hemet to attend the burial of my Aunt. I asked Siri to recommend a florist in Hemet. I was very fortunate to have been sent to Floral Expressions. Very compassionate and understanding staff, large inventory to choose from, excellent attention to detail in preparing the wrap, and in closing there is absolutely nothing else I could have asked for.

Everytime I call up the staff is great. Can’t thank you enough for your professional services.

Last minute funeral! Can’t drive across state lines fast enough!
So I turned to Unilocal,and found Floral Expressions just down the road from where my family will be. I called them direct, told them that it was important for my family to know my heart is with them on this day… and with 2 hours until the funeral they delivered what I heard was a BEAUTIFUL bouquet in our name!

My first time using this florists to get flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines Day. Decided to use because of review by other person on Unilocal.The lady that took my order by phone was very friendly, had great customer service and prices are reasonable. She was helpful in meeting my needs on a tight delivery time. The flowers were beautiful and the girlfriend was very happy with them I will definitely use this store again!

I had just received word that a cousin from Hemet had passed away and I searched to find a local florist. I live in the San Francisco Area and was able to call here directly and Kim helped me so much! She was so very kind and was very very knowledgeable and patient. If I ever need to get flowers in Hemet, I will call back here fore sure! What great service! Thank you Kim!

I was very very pleased with my service from Floral Expressions. Kim was so helpful and kind. I ordered single stem roses for my wedding. I didn’t have them assembled by her. The roses came in quickly at a great price. They were beautiful, in tact, and the color was perfect. I had Kim make me 4 single rose boutineers and they came out wonderful. I called her very last minute and she was able to get them done before 2 PM the next evening. She was so helpful. I will be sure to use this florist shop for all of my floral needs from now on.
