Good Chinese and Hawiann food. Very consistent. Hawiann food is a little pricey especially the macaroni salad. The owner has raised the price because it’s popular. Not the best time to raise the price. Keep them coming for more. Since the price increase, I haven’t been going that often. But the Orange Chicken, Jalapeño Chicken, Hawiann BBQ Chicken is always my favorites.

The food was meh… okay, but the young lady behind the counter is very rude and does not know how to take orders when i clearly said 2 orders of combo A and 2 orders of combo B and yet she gave me a mongolian beef and claimed that that’s what i said. She argued with me about my order instead of being polite and change it to what i ordered. As a Costumer Service, never argue with your costumers. Costumers are always right. Oh don’t forget the fountain drinks are so flat and they don’t even bothered changing and still sell them to costumers. Even the cook who was getting drink while we were eating there asked the lady behind the counter if she knows how to change it. Her answer was«NO». WoW! as an employee of a restuarant, they should know all the duties. «clean and refill the darn fountain drink dispenser». when it’s not too busy… clean the tables. She did not even apologized and instead she told me to tell her what i want because she does not need to be yelled at. who wouldn’t get mad if you are arguing with your costumer and still insisting the costumer was wrong when you know clearly what you said. I will never go back to this place. I’d rather eat at panda express and be served with people who have respect to costumers.

Service was a little slow, but we got helped eventually. I got the chicken katsu. Pretty pricy. The macaroni salad was a little greasy for my taste, but the chicken katsu itself was pretty good. Lots of portions too. The atmosphere felt crowded and stuffy though, and the noise level is pretty loud.

Food here is hit or miss. I mainly stick to the Jalapeño chicken(their other entrées don’t entice me) but I always ask for a sample before ordering to make sure it’s good. People complain about how rude the servers are but all of them treat me fine. Sometimes they seem distracted but I treat them nicely and get the same in return. Overall this place is convinient, CAN be tasty, competitively priced and will rid me of a «Chinese food» craving.

This place is decent. It’s a hit or miss when I’ve gone to eat there though I won’t be returning any time soon. The older lady that always serves our food is always rude. A simple hello when you walk in the door would be pleasant but ignores you for about 2 mins then asks what you want. So now I go to the new place on state and stetson.

Food was great, place is pretty clean but the lady serving the food was not nice at all and looks like she hates her job. This place has better tasting food then panda express by far. I liked the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken.

The food is really good. I’ve never had a problem with portions maybe because each time I’ve been here the same young girl behind the counter has helped us. However they need to do something about the flies. Perhaps adding one of those fans when you open the door?! Overall good tasting food.

PAYATTENTIONWHENTHEYRINGYOUUP!!! I would have given this place four stars and said great food, great portions and the young girl behind the counter has great customer service. Then we encountered the older woman whom I am assuming is the owner. Not only did she give us hardly any portions, she then tried to overcharge us a dollar and some change. When my Husband noticed it she said it was because she threw in a extra cream cheese wonton. Number one we didn’t ask for it and number two the price for cream cheese wontons is 4 for .99 cents?! How the heck do charge over a dollar for one additional??? Very shady and she got very rude when she had to give us back the money and even said«what are you going to make me have to go into the register just to give it back?» Uh yes!!! Be careful when they ring you up pay attention.

Stopped by to eat on my lunch break and overall food is great. Portions are good. Looked like business was a little slow then it got real busy. Im sure this is a lot of peoples usual spot. Lady didn’t seem too unpleasant. maybe a bad day? It is raining today after all. I recommend this place

Worst food, worst service… lady behind the counter was totally rude. Told my husband his BBQ chicken would be 4 minutes, then 7 minutes, then 15 minutes. then said she didn’t know how long it would be. When we asked for our money back to go somewhere else she said«we don’t give refunds» — my food was almost inedible… absolutely terrible. It’s a wonder the health department doesn’t shut them down.

I like how crispy the chicken(orange and sweet and sour) is and the chow mein and fried rice are excellent. The sweet and sour is superior to the other Chinese restaurants in the area. The wonton soup is pretty good. The girls are pretty nice although can sometimes seem in a hurry when there is no rush, and don’t seem to give consistent«extra charges» sometimes charging more one day than the next for the same thing. I think this is a management error.

Honestly pretty darn dissatisfied and disappointed. The lady was not nice behind the counter, she gave me super small portions(which ended up being fine since I didn’t eat it anyways) and the chicken was a joke. It was all breading, no meat… where’s the dang meat?! The rice was edible but had too many peas in it for my liking. The noodles were alright but I got like ten noodles so it’s forgetable. Place is cheap, but I guess it better be if they don’t hook it up and don’t give you meat in the breading :(wouldn’t go back.

I actually love Good China Express. My food is always good, it’s clean, and the employees are very friendly and always smiling. You get a lot of food for the price, and if you’re into Boba, they have a large selection. My favorite thing to order is the chow mein, orange chicken, and sweet n sour pork. My mom gets the jalapeño chicken and she loves it.

Notice how everyone comments on how good the Boba is. If it wasn’t for that, the place would probably go out of business. It doesn’t exactly have the freshest food like some other chinese food chains. You can definitely tell the food has been sitting there a bit. When I ordered, I got the 2 item deal but I didn’t watch the lady scoop my items because I was also ordering a Boba drink from the other lady. When I got to the table and opened my container I had the same item as my 2 items. When I approached the counter to ask if she gave me 2 different items she says yes I did. Clearly we were looking at the same item but she claimed they were different, how do you argue that? I just said never mind & when back to the table. I will never return to eat there again & to make matters worse, I feel she over charged me but I didn’t get a receipt to prove if she did or not. 22 item meals and 2 med Bobas should not come to $ 30 I agree with others, it is a shame this place isn’t better since there isn’t to much to choose from in this shopping center.

I love Good China — started going there at the branch in Beaumont — this branch does a great job. I especially like the shrimp & cheese egg-rolls — special order, but worth the wait. I love the staff — they try very hard to please — and the portions are more than generous.

I like this place. Their Jalapeño Chicken is really good, the perfect mix of sweet and spicy with that great little crunch. The teriyaki chicken is good as well. Mom and I come here often. The boy and the baby like it too! The ladies at the counter are always very sweet, if not a little nosy. I think they are just trying build rapport with their customers. We get good service and a ton of food for the price! The boy loves the different Bobas as well. Huge Con: They have unnecessary TVs! Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

What is wrong with people in Hemet? How do they consider this«good» Chinese food? Maybe I’ve been spoiled with other great Chinese places in the past, but honestly, I’d easily choose Panda Express over this place. And I REALLY wanted to like this place, as it’s closer to where I live. Very little flavor to the orange chicken(more of a honey chicken), and the quality of the chicken was mediocre at best. I really just walked away from this place feeling like I should’ve just gone the extra 5 – 10 minutes and got Panda Express and got something that was far better quality for less money. I wouldn’t say that it was an «avoid like the plague» place, but definitely don’t bother.
