Hemet RV Resort

This RV parks is seriously run down with a lot of long term residents that have trashed their rv space. Sofas, chairs, washer and dryers, lots of deteriorating storage sheds rv’s in dis-​repair. It seems that the long term manager here is friends with all the long term residents so doesn’t tell them to correct anything. We also discovered some residents with mental disabilities that prevents them from keeping their rv functioning and in good repair. One of the residents even had raw sewage leaking out of their rv for weeks and the management didn’t do anything! It used to be called Mountain Valley RV resort but now is managed by a IE Property Management and they changed the name to Hemet RV Resort. But this is NO resort! Avoid the lady that gets drunk and yells at the rv’s, also beware that the local teenagers frequently use th swimming pool and the pool room. There is no security gate here and it is in an area with homeless people, panhandlers and obviously strung out drug addicts. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. RV spaces are cramped and there is little room to maneuver in the park. So listen to the other reviews found on the internet, we didn’t and had to find out the hard way.
