I came here for a mail box. Not many places to choose from. Its small and not very pleasant to look at. I find the employee’s to be helpful. They seem to be busy every time I stop in. They have many different services which is nice.

I was very pessimistic about using their service. It was because of all the negative reviews. However, I have found them quite different then what I have read here. Their service was fast. They were polite. They were personable. I would fully recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again!

I just needed stamps and came into mail depot. First of all it smells AMAZING in there! The staff was so sweet and worked quickly to assist each customer. Then I noticed all the services they provide: Notary public Mailbox rentals US postal service UPS-FedEx-DHL Business Cards Rubber stamps Mailing Stamps Western union Copies and fax Scan and email Laminating Gift wrapping Fragile packing Vinyl lettering ATM available Have: toys, greeting cards, etc. Tip! If you ship with them you get free packing materials of any size :) Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm Saturday– 9am to 3pm I’d return for other services in the future when I need them :)

This place is busy during the middle of the day but I’ve been to Postal Anex where there was no one but they cost me an internship because they messed up my livescan. That being said, I work with children so everytime I apply for a new job I have to be fingerprinted. I also have very sweaty hands and have problems being fingerprinted(livescaned) the owner took her time with me and didn’t comment on how horrible it is to do it. I go here whenever I need something done. I can be assured its going to get done right and my money won’t be wasted.

I like this place bc, for example, I stopped at the Homeland USPS first and it was closed. I then came here and they provide the same service and they’re open. This place gets busy, though. Either I am in the back of the 10-deep line or I’m the first in front of a 10-deep line when I look back. Three separate lines; one for postal needs, bill paying needs, and one for the notary. I’ve encountered 2 different employees and both have been pleasant. The only thing is that the parking lot can get inconvenient. It’s somewhat of a cluterfu*k getting out bc of the entrance into the shopping center from Sanderson is adjacent to the business’ parking lot. Just be careful and look all ways many times while coming and going. The place isn’t as ghetto as other postal service/bill paying stores I’ve been to.

Very rude people. Ask inappropriate questions about picture on drivers license. Will not come here again whether it is for fed ex or notary.
