Horrible customer service. Very rude and we waited 20 min only to be told that they couldn’t take us till 1130. If she woulda told us from the get go we would have just came back but then the lady wanted to catch an attitude and talk smack in her language, very unprofessional.

Service was just ok. Speed of service was average. Girls didn’t have much contact or conversation with customers which made me uncomfortable while they talked nonstop in another language. I got a mani pedi for $ 17 which was very inexpensive, but the nail polish didn’t even last a full day… I guess I just paid for what I received, which is understandable and is why I rated it 2 stars and not 1. Place was run down and not very welcoming.

The worst nail spa you could ever go to! I only got a pedicure done and the 17 dollars is not worth it! First they don’t clean out their tools. Next the lady doesn’t do what she is told and she is on the damn phone the whole time! Instead of paying attention to my damn nails she watching the freakin t.v. shows or on her phone! I am never going here ever again! The service is the worst and is not worth any drive or spending time their. They are the worst. When I complained about my nails she denied anything she did. Even though most of the time her attention was towards her phone or t.v. I hate this shop. I wouldn’t even rate them if it was an option. If you want to waste your time and money then this is the place for you. Their spa is disgusting.

I love this place. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do I would always come here. The staff is really nice and they all understand english. The massage chair are very relaxing and the prices are pretty good!
Vanessa does my nails and she’s very gentle. Very sweet and pretty lady haha My nails always turn out how I want.
Try to make an appointment, because sometimes you may have to wait awhile but there’s a target in the same plaza so you can do a little shopping first :)

Place is not very clean but I always carry my own tools so it wasn’t a problem. Linda was wonderful! She was patient with me (I’m pretty picky!) and did a fab job!

Filthy, slow and bad job on new set of nauls. Like a wad of gum stuck on each nail. No thanks!

Worth the drive… i’ve never had a better pedi anywhere! It’s not the best neighborhood, the shop is kind of run down… but the service is superb and they do an excellent job! Went here for years with my Grandma and we always got Taco Bell for lunch right after. Now, I’m still making the drive out there with my girls, even though G-​ma has been gone awhile. I’ve tried many other shops closer to home, and they never come close. The price is SO good, too! Can’t beat it anywhere! 12 for a pedi…18 for a mani-​pedi and no hidden fees.

Went in on the 22^nd of December and absolutely did not know what to expect. I have read the reviews and it was negative. So that’s when I knew I had to go and try there place. I had the man there do my nails, which were French tips, and he did a wonderful job. I still have them on and its the 27^th! Usually when I get my nails done I have to pay 25 bucks, there I paided 20 bucks! they were all friendly and social and very clean! I will deffently go back for a fill or a new set! I suggest everyone go and try them out!

Customer service is horrible. Spas and tools are disgusting.

I was in town visiting friends in the area and stopped by this place over the wkend to get a mani pedi. The workers were all really friendly and all understood English, unlike most places. I like that they put the extra effort to massage your hands & feet. The place was clean and the seats were comfortable. They were really careful with cutting my cuticle since my skin is really sensitive and easy to bleed. I would recommend this place to all my friends and will stop by again next time im around the area.

I got the most painful pedicure ever! Not only did they do a bad job filing my toe nails but so did the skin on the tips of all my toes! Ouch! I unknowingly accepted an add on of callus remover which also was put into my newly scraped up toes. Double ouch! They were red & sore for over a week. I can’t believe I paid for the painful experience & would never go back again!
