The only place in town, that has everything. Shop while you get yer Rx. The pharmacists are sharp and not «burnt out.» The employees know English, they are knowledgeable. The staff knowd where everything is, and the ice cream is a blast. It tastes real! What a treat for everyone on a hot day or evening.

The manager is very rude along with the black girl that works there. I was standing in line to pay for something and she literally walked away to sweep up something behind their counter, where no customers had access to. I had a complaint and I asked for the manager and she went back and whispered to the manager I guess to let her know what was going on and in my opinion get her to go along with what she was saying. Just bad customer service.

For the fourth time, they were out of my cardiac med, which I can’t miss a day on. I asked why they could not use a minimum/​maximum inventory system like everyone else. The pharmacist said at this particular site, that’s the way corporate wants it done. Pharmacist said they have all complained.

Two words: ICE CREAM!
This is the original Thrifty’s ice cream. It doesn’t get better than this!
The store is clean, great location (corner of Sanderson and Devonshire, just by the LA Fitness), and smiling staff.
I don’t purchase anything other than ice cream here… prices for everything else (as most other pharmacy stores) is really expensive. But this store needs to stay around just for the ice cream!

This Rite Aid has never failed me when I needed something. The staff seems to be very cheerful everytime I go in there. Store is kept clean compared to other ones I went too. I saw an ad for a tent that I wanted. I decided to hold off until I got back to my area and swung by. They had a bunch in stock so I snagged it. I would have gave five stars except they didn’t carry the sunday paper. But the staff told me that Stater Bros down the street had it.
