I go here strictly for the dog food so I can’t really comment on their other items. They have premium brands that Petsmart or Petco don’t carry, such as TOTW, and it won’t break the bank. Their prices are pretty competitive with Amazon and when they’re having a sale they’re actually better. Their staff have always been very courteous and helpful with any questions you might have.

I think I’m turning country, I actually like walking around this store. Lots to look at, so different than any other store I’ve been to. The store is clean and the staff is friendly, always ready to help. I want one of those offroad buggies, so cool!

Drove 87 miles to get here. After Gana told me they had lots of different pellet stoves. I told her where I was coming from. Got here they had 2 models only. Bad customer service

The manager was in a bad mood and slammed things down on the counter when I asked for help. Some of the employees need to learn what customer service is instead of sitting on the company’s computer at customer service desk and to busy talking. Murrieta is farther but worth the drive

Great deals on fly spray and a huge selection of horse products. I use to pay $ 27 at the feed stores and u get 20% more here for $ 20. I just feel bad for not going to ww or dans. But money does not grow on trees. And they have all the dog products. The cashier was friendly but when I called back because the girl accidentally got me the wrong thing. She was not so nice. She said they don’t have it and they don’t sell it. It was that exxis shampoo. And the girl gave me the conditioner. And yes they did she had it in her hands the day before. They probably don’t have it because the one I. brougt up was broken. And I did not see any more. That’s why she sent the girl back. I just think it would have been more professional if she would have just said I’m sorry. No problem I’ll refund it for you. Not try to prove me wrong. Because I spend a lot on my spoiled pets. And next time I’ll just go to WW where the man would not accept his employees to do that. She does not own the place. If I called corporate. I’m sure they would make it rite but it’s not worth $ 24.00. And when a employee is kind of rude you just don’t want to return. Even tho it’s not the stores fault.

Terrible customer service. Staff has no regard for helping customers at all. Waited at register for 10 min with girl stocking the toys by the register to help is because no one else was apparently working. Today had to return the item I bought because it is cheap and falling apart. I asked for help unloading the 50lb item and was told to wait because he was the only one on the register. After waiting 10 min I just took out the item myself and brought it in. Not coming back here

The name is confusing! Had I known this store had horse and pet supplies, I would have gone way before now. The horse feed and supplies are great… salt blocks, water troughs, alfalfa pellets, sweet feed, and corral panels. I came home with a full truck of sale items. Duh, I thought this store sold tractors, parts and maybe some farming stuff. My new favorite store!

Interesting place! Invited and present for grand opening! Great employees, extremely helpful! Wonderful owner! Just over all fun place! Love it!

For people who have been in the valley since the late 70’s early 80’s, this place is a combination of Dan’s Feed & Seed, Nelson Machinery and Valley Western Store all rolled into one location. Prices are about the best you will find in the valley and the staff is very friendly.
