I am a return customer and have been to see Erik and Tina twice now to fix our vehicles at Valley Wide Collision. Each time has been a very simple and easy process. Erik takes the time to communicate and call to let me know what’s going on with my vehicle, and I receive emails with the breakdown. I would return again, and highly recommend this company as they make you feel confident you will get your car back as it was before!

I am so dissapointed with the service i received at this place do not take your car there theyre a bunch of rip offs n money hungry people never again they had my car for almost a month n kept givin me run around when it came time to pick up my car not to mention so unprofesional and never returned a phone call but when it came time for me to pay them they made sure to take my money the owner tina claims shell help you but at the end of the day shes just in it for the money not for her customer how does a 2000 $$ job turn into a 6000 $$ job rip offs careless n incosiderate and theres so much more but iam done cause iam gettin mad all over again. So they get no stars from me,

They fixed our truck a year ago and the paint was peeling on the bumper from not being done exactly right, and they fixed it free of charge. that’s good business. Thank you!

Where else can you go and get your car fixed in less than half an hour. I know, sounds too good to be true, but it happened to me for a minor repair. I had backed into the open door of my sister’s car and the door wouldn’t close. This was just before my leaving town. It would have«grounded» her and I wasn’t sure what to do. I called my mechanic and he recommended Valley Wide. I called a friend who had recently had repair work done and he recommended Valley Wide. So, I drove the car to Valley Wide. I was bracing myself for a huge quote and a distant repair appointment. The young lady behind the counter asked me the problem. She inspected the door and said that it didn’t look like I’d broken anything. She then said she’d charge me for an hour or two, if more time was needed, and did I want to wait for it. I was shocked that they could take me on no notice. Of course I said yes and went to the lobby to wait. Less than half an hour later, the car was done at the rate promised. What a relief. The adjuster and the mechanic both accompanied me to the car so I could inspect the door and to explain what they had done to fix it. This is exceptional and personal customer service. The shop has a very large parking lot and looked very clean, unlike most other body shops I have seen. To me, that shows they take pride in their company and respect for their customers. My experience was for a minor repair, but I would expect that they’d handle any repair in a fair and expedient manner. Obviously, I’d recommend this shop.
