Called this store 11÷13÷14 to speak with Sam, as I just left his other store and had questions about vapor products the girl there recommended I call this store and speak to him. So I call and ask to speak with Sam. Whoever answered the phone was extremely evasive about whether I was speaking with Sam or not. As if he was hiding from something… I will not be making a purchasing decision with his business. All I got was «What do you need?» when it was OBVIOUS I needed to speak with Sam. Jeez.
Hey, whoever answered the phone: you have WAYYY too much local competition to be sketchy on the phone. If I’m speaking with the manager, say so. If not, cool, we can try something else– but I asked for Sam! Treat customers politely and you’ll at least have a chance in this town.
