My friend went in there with a working phone and came out with a non working phone, DO NOT GO HERE they will fuck you over. I’m convinced they aren’t even specialized to fix phones. The workers are completely inept and incompetent.

Place is a rip-​off. Took my iPod touch in to get the battery replace because it wouldn’t hold a charge. Told it was an unbelievable $ 25 to replace. Took over 2 weeks to get the iPod back, had to call every other day to get a status, very poor customer service, paid the $ 25 and the iPod still wont hold a charge. They kept it for 2 weeks, didn’t do anything to it, then charged me $ 25… I will never go here again.

Don’t come here. I’m warning you now. Took my phone here because my screen cracked and didn’t want to spend hundred of dollars trying to get it fixed at Apple. BIG MISTAKE. Should have just taken it to Apple to begin with.
When I took it in, my Touch ID and camera flash were all still working. Once I got it back, my Touch ID stopped working along with my flash. Took it in 3 more times for them to fix and nothing helped.
Finally, took it to Apple and they told me because I got it fixed by another party I had voided my warranty.
Months go by, and I accepted the fact that my phone doesn’t work properly anymore. But as I had issues upgrading I spent hours on the phone with Apple support and they told me to just take it into Apple.
The Apple technician told me that whoever fixed my phone, screwed a screw straight through an important firmware inside my phone. So there was a huge gaping hole in it.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! They don’t know what they are doing! It’s not worth it to Save money on a screen but have to buy a new phone months later!!!
