Computer Solutions

So after looking for a solid IT person for weeks we finally found someone who wasn’t full of themselves. Sam isn’t just super knowledgeable when it comes to fixing computers, he’s also efficient and suggest ways to save money instead the quick fix of just throwing more money at the problem. Basically you get what you suppose to when hiring an IT person like Sam, someone who fixes the issue instead of just replacing it when a new computer or part when it was repairable in the first place. Don’t get screwed by over-​priced IT guys. I highly suggest calling Sam first or second and then comparing what he feels you need to do and spend compared to the other IT companies.

Whew… My knowledge of computers is pretty basic and I have 2 parents that live in Henderson and know even less. They got what sounded like a bug on a refurbished computer that I got them and didn’t spend a whole lot of money on that they have been using to do little more than read their mail. Not worth much, but they do need a working computer and I needed help for them… thanks, Unilocal,for introducing me to Sam. He has taken great care and time to not only repair the problem, but to explain it in a language I can understand. His patience has been remarkable. I know how frustrating it can be for me to learn and for me to teach my parents how not to click on everything and he managed to do it with what sounded (I’m in CA) like a smile on his face. I have great confidence in his work and expect I will be a customer of his for a long time.
