Today was my first experience here. We saw doctor Dushman. I was a little apprehensive to go here after reading all the reviews on Google but I try to take into consideration different personalities and the individual concerns of other reviewers. I found with this office and doctor that the concerns sounded more like personality conflicts then anything else so I figured I’d check it out myself. When we first arrived we were greeted promptly and with a smile.(Which is very unusual for Vegas medical profession) The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The office was clean and pretty average. We arrived at 915 for a 930 apt and were called back at 925(BONUS!) The nurse was friendly, smiling and talking with the kids. I had all three of them with me and she was very calm and patient with them. The room we were in waiting for the doctor was clean and comfortable. We waited for maybe 10 minutes before the doctor came in. He was very friendly and introduced himself. I felt he was very knowledgeable, and when he was unfamiliar with something he wasn’t afraid to tell me and then find out more about it. He seemed very thorough and careful to make sure he understood what my concerns were and what I was asking him. He was very blunt and to the point which I appreciate very much.(I can’t stand a doctor that doesn’t level with me) I don’t feel he was rude or meaning to be rude at all. I think because of his forwardness he can probably be taken wrong at times(but after all you go to the doctor for straight up answers not beating around the bush guesses right!) I totally recommend giving him a go, but don’t take offense to his out spoken personality. Be happy he’s a «get it done» kinda guy and doesn’t drag his feet. I do always recommend when it comes to your health or the health of your kiddos to go with your gut and educate yourself on as much as possible. A good doctor will appreciate your hunger for knowledge and welcome any questions. Know matter how knowledgeable a doctor is you are the one with your child 24⁄7 and you need to be comfortable with your provider and their recommendations.
