Was a loyal customer for 10 years. Got my glasses and a day later noticed it was not the xtra active transitions that I paid for. So I had to callback and get it fixed. Paige ordered the right lenses which should of been special ordered in the first place. She said it would take one week, and took two weeks to get them. So I awaited on that day for a callback to come pick up, but no call. Called the office and Paige left early and had to wait another day. I asked for a compensation the week before by keeping other lenses and getting a free frame for backup. Paige agreed over the phone, but when I got there she grabbed a $ 300 frame and said I had to pay for it. I asked her about the compensation but Eddie did not want to give free frames even though they portrayed bad business. Never experienced a business that made three mistakes and does not offer any compensation for bad business. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

If you need a quick repair on your glasses, come here! It took less than 15 minutes to get my sunglasses fixed and they fit even better than before they broke.

I had a pair of designer frames that were damaged, that I absolutely loved. After going to a competitor eyeglass repair business and being quoted an extraordinary price and told it would take several weeks and needed to be paid in advance, I looked online thinking I may as well buy a whole new frame at that price only to find out that the particular frame was discontinued. I googled eyeglass repair and came up with Eye Options well since it was near to a place where I had a meeting. I decided to go there. Not only were they able to fix the frame while I waited, I paid less than ¼ the cost of the other place. I am estatic!!!. Awesome, awesome. I’ve been here a few times over the last couple years because they provide the best service ever, and the prices are totally reasonable. You know, we live in an age where you can just pop on the internet and get glasses for dirt cheap, but with that you lose out on the service and craftsmanship of a place like this. They do CHEAP tinting (I’ve had two separate pair of sunglasses darkened here) and free adjustments. Their selection is great – lots of styles, all very hip. And their turnaround time is usually same-​day. Can’t beat it. Give it a try!

Eddie Heiner has been filling all my prescription lenses for many years and his commitment to providing the most comprehensive service to ensure that your vision is perfect is unsurpassed. I had a recent eye surgery for removal of a cataract and the implantation of an interocular lens in my right eye. The surgery did not go as planned and my vision was greatly altered. Eddie made my lenses according to my RX and I still couldn’t see without a prism being created which caused double vision. At his OWN EXPENSE (granted, I am a great customer with many pairs of glasses that I fill each time my RX changes) he decided to make me another pair of glasses that take the prism into consideration. That is how amazing his commitment to perfection is. I am still in flux with my eyes but that has to do with the surgery and the surgeon. Whether using my own frames or buying them at Eye Options (nice selection, great prices!) the service is equally excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Eddie Heiner has provided me for many years. And BTW, his frame and lens prices are far below those of retail eye glass stores.

What a great selection of frames! Found the perfect frames to fit my face. Service was amazing. Price was right. way better than other glasses stores I’ve been to. i will be back!

If you want to have cool glasses that really fit your face, you have to go to this place! Plus I just saved a whopping 300.00 on my new prescription and I am a hard fit too! I got Dior with the full load for just over 500.00!
