I pawned some music equipment here once and when i came to pick it up a day later big suprise it was missing a knob. Not only did they damage MY items that i pawned they refused reimbursement their customer service is terrible and quite frankly the level of unprofessionalism ranges from the sales people to the sensitive manager keith who is pron to being and acting like a little bitch. Never will i do business with them again these people are seriously as bright as a shit colored crayon

Because I am familiar with this area I was very happy to find a pawn shop to sell some jewelry to. They were very busy when I came into the shop, but all 3 people working acknowledged that I was there. The 3rd person actually called a 4th person out to help me. The person that helped me was no less than the Assistant Store Manager Tyler. I also want to say that Vicki, Jenna and Ernest were very pleasant, helpful and answered any question I had. I had brought in quite a chuck of jewelry so it took a little time. So people lets be realistic, I brought in the jewelry to sell to pay for a divorce. When you go into a pawn shop try to remember they are NOT going to pay retail prices like you did!!! I went in with an amount I felt I needed to file and got more than expected. It was great I would use this store again if necessary.

Very friendly staff, super cheap laptops, televisions and $ 1 – 3 dollar DVD’s, if you want your bang for your buck!

Walked in here for an used ipod. The headphone jack on mine broke so I really just needed a MP3 player for the gym so I figured if i could pay a hundy or so, great. I’m not cheap just hate paying for overpriced Apple products. The guy helping me was friendly. Their ipods were 2nd-3rd gen. Prices ranged from $ 70 – 179. Picked out a 16mb medium 3rd gen that was about $ 110 — $ 65 cheaper than new at Wallysworld. He turned it on, it looked like it worked, and then I asked to test the headphone jack. It then powered off and he put it back on the charger. Got to check out the rest of the store. Some good deals in here, some garbage. A couple of nice jewelry items that were all 50% off. Yes, i couldve walked out with a rolex for 3k after tax but really an oyster perp rolex is like the 1-series BMW. Its the 30k millionaire of watches. After 5 – 10 minutes, even though the ipod had initially worked it was still charging. I was about to walk. The guy noticed and tried to ring me up stating they had a 24-hr return policy and that when the battery is really drained it might take 15 minutes to come on. Uh… no. Who you tryin’ to bullshit, holmes? Nice try though. I wound up somewhere paying the $ 65 more for a new one. With a warranty. When I walked out left the store I wanted to go all Mac and Dennis on them: ‘Who got got? I didn’t get got. You got got.‘ Probably scarred for life from purchasing pawn shop electronics. I’d return for the watches, $ 5 blurays, or jewlery. Because nothing says ‘you’re just a temporary ho and not my bottom bitch’ better than some jewelry from a pawn store.
