Had watch links removed — probably paid a little more than I might have elsewhere but nothing unreasonable.
The staff seems nice enough and since its in Anthem its a nice little store.
The place I used to go to in GV is gone and I don’t want to go to the Galleria for this type of thing (although I think that is also Fast-​Fix?) so this was better for me.
I’ll return for adjustments and batteries as needed.

Had a great experience with them. The manager Amy, was amazing going above and beyond to make sure that my items was just the way I wanted. Her jewelry repair right hand man did a great job with a bracelet I had fixed. Highly recommended, will for sure bring back more items to them.

I had a wonderful experience today in getting the battery changed on my watch. Service was quick and cheerful. I love their location in Anthem Village and was able to do my grocery shopping while the battery was being changed. I’ll definitely be back when I need their services again.

Amazing customer service!!! Right when I walked in Amy greeted me with a smile, I broke my Nixon 5130 in pieces and they fixed it within 2 hours and she helped me and gave me 20% off and may I add with the check in it was only suppose to be 10% off. I highly recommend Fast fix Anthem for great customer service, and the guy who fixed my watch also polished it!!! 100% satisfied customer I will take all my jewelry here! Thanks guys

Tried to use them to replace 3 watch batteries, but they are «by appointment» Saturdays. Even though there were 3 people there they wouldn’t help me and were sort of rude about it. Scratching them of my list…

I gave 1 more chance because of coupon. I had to transfer my diamond to another setting. He said a prong has to be replaced because of damage and it will be $ 350. It looked fine for me and felt suspicious. So I took the ring to The jeweler at Las Vegas. They have done just $ 40. He is liar. I’ll never go back.

These folks do a fantastic job on repairs. I’ve had them work on a few watches and buff up an expensive ring (which now looks brand new). They even worked on a 1 of a kind trophy for me that was badly tarnished and made it look like it did years ago.
Amy is wonderful and Kalin is a wizard. His wife Wilma is a sweetheart too. Everyone in the store has been pretty terrific to work with. I’d recommend checking them out if you need any repairs or restoration work done. I haven’t bought any jewelry from them, so I can’t comment on that aspect of their business (just so you know that this isn’t just a butt kissing review) :)

I was very pleased with the professional work and good prices at Fast-​Fix in the Anthem Village, which is just outside of Anthem and the Anthem Country Club. The owners, a husband and wife, are friendly and informative. You cannot beat the ease of parking and the pretty interior. I will go back with any need to have an appraisal or repair of any jewelry. I have a three-​year warrantee on a new battery. I had an earring repaired and two watchbands replaced. All for under $ 80.00. Go there!
