First, this is not an official Verizon store. My husband and I found out the difference the hard way. Second, if everything goes south and you find yourself here then don’t go to Robert. We put off replacing our phones for almost three years since dealing with this kind of thing is always a pain. We worked with Robert on our first visit. There would be two more visits to fix Robert’s mistakes. First visit. My husband explains what kind of phone he’s interested in and I explain I’m not that into phones so something simple will work for me. The only thing I care about is a half-way decent camera since I am a Unilocaler. So, this review shouldn’t be a shock. Robert explains that are no phone upgrades anymore. Our phones will be about $ 680 a piece. This is when I ask more questions and finally get him to dig a $ 250 phone out of the back… because as I explained earlier, I don’t care about my phone enough to spend $ 680. We spend a painful hour and a half discussing costs and plans as well as getting the phones activated. My husband and I are very clear about what we will pay for and what we do not want. We ask a lot of questions to make sure we are clear on costs. An hour and a half later we’re just happy to be done so we leave and have lunch. When we return home we start to review our receipt and the bag Robert gave us. When I swiped my card for my phone, just my phone, it turned out that Robert slammed us for several items that we told him we didn’t want. This included a $ 35 case for my husband’s phone, a wall charger for $ 35(even though both phones came with chargers), a car charger for $ 35, and a green cleaner for $ 15. The real kicker was that the first three things were in the bag, but the fourth item wasn’t even in the bag. He charged us for something we didn’t want and didn’t even give us the product! I was shocked at the audacity. Imagine if a retailer like Target or Walmart did this. They’d be sued before the offending cashiers could end their shifts. Second visit. My husband has to waste time going back so that we can get refunds for the various products Robert slammed us on. He also decided to return his phone, After more research he finds on Verizon’s own site that his phone should have been more like $ 350, not $ 680. Robert did refund all of the random products. At the end of this interaction my husband had now wasted tons of time, but still didn’t have a new phone because we weren’t getting a phone here. Flash forward to a week later and now we head to what we find out is an official Verizon store so that my husband can get a new phone. This is when we find out that we should have both been eligible for our phone upgrades as part of our plan. We shouldn’t have purchased either of our phones! This is what we thought, but not what Robert told us. The previous interaction at this location screwed up my husband’s upgrade and made it look like he had used it. After all of this we had to go back to this location for a third time to have this fixed. Third visit. We’re pretty angry to have to return here to have the mistake on our plan fixed. Immediately I knew that I was returning my phone as well if we had to go back to this place. The store manager was able to fix the mistake so that we could go to a real Verizon and get our new phones. They also accepted the return of my phone . I can’t speak as to whether Robert has poor integrity and decided on his own to do these things. In my experience situations like this usually originate from the top. Either way, I’d only recommend this spot to my enemies. In summary, I don’t appreciate being deceived, being charged for items I said I didn’t want, and having my time wasted more than once. In the end they did refund everything and we were able to go to a real Verizon store to get our new phones.

I went to Go Wireless about 2 weeks ago when my daughter needed a protector screen for her new iPhone. The manager who was there was so nice, helpful and patient. He told me there were having a great deal and I told him I would come back and buy an IPhone for my other daughter in 2 weeks. Well we went in today and Lorenzo was helping us and he was also patient and very nice. Thank you Go Wireless!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Gregory R. guided me through the decision making process and answered all my questions regarding phone specs of the various Samsung models. He accurately explained the new billing and financing that Verizon now has, and got my new phone up and running very quickly. Overall, he was very professional and personable, and made getting the new phone experience a pleasant one.

My favorite Verizon store since Lorenzo helped me get my new phone. He has the patience and knowledge to tell you everything about your phone. He has great energy and he is excellent with people. I’m not going anywhere else from now on. Lorenzo, thanks again for all your help! Monica

Went in and talked to Jesse, right off the bat he was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. We talked about the Note 4 and the Edge program and I told him I was going to think about it and I would drop in tomorrow. I walk in the next day at 11:00 am and he greeted me and went to the back to get the Note 4. He had wrapped my information sheet from the day before around the phone he got from the back. That is customer service at its best. He also took the time to ensure all my pictures, contacts, and io safe passwords were transferred as well. Awesome store, my family will continue to use this store for future business with Verizon.

Traveling from CA to Nv and my phone takes a little swim. I checked out Verizon stores and reviews on Google and pretty much picked this store based on the good reviews. They were right! Jason was a tremendous help in getting a new phone and transferring my contacts and pics over… thank goodness! Rami and Kylie were also very helpful, sweet, and just plain nice people. This store reflects customer service at its finest. Thanks gang, truly appreciate it!!!
