Green Valley Dentistry

My family and I have been going to Green Valley Dentistry for more than ten years. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff. They have state-​of-​the-​art x-​ray and other equipment. TVs in every treatment room. I don’t recall them ever making me wait.

This is hands down the best dental practice I have been to yet! From the front desk to the dental assistant, the hygienist and the dentist were all so nice, professional and helpful with my teeth and payments! I’m very impressed and will refer friends and family!

I have been more than disappointed and angered at the service I have received at this clinic and feel incredibly taken advantage of. My last appointment was supposed to be a deep clean and a cavity taken care of. However upon arrival I was informed that they didn’t schedule a deep clean and you wouldn’t take care of the cavity but instead you decided to take out fillings that were causing no problems in any way and then inform me that they were too deep and would have to now be root canals. As I walk out I am then handed a plan of treatment of over $ 13 thousand. I was shocked and appalled. To then be told that I should just go ahead and don’t worry about waiting for insurance was a joke. I am astounded at how ridiculous this has been. I have no interest in taking my business to someplace that I feel is doing nothing but trying to line their own pocket and rip me off in the process. Thank you for the worst dental experience I have had since moving to Las Vegas 15 years ago, the greed showed by this practice is astounding.

Post is based on the first experience. I called at 1120am. They took walk-​ins for new patients before 1200. We got there around 1140 and they weren’t busy, considering it was a Thursday. Front lady staff was very nice and pleasant.
The dentist was very nice, funny, and gentle. If looking for a dentist, this is a great place to go. This will definitely be a regular for check ups.

Small office in the Gold’s Gym shopping center. The staff is extremely friendly… I’ve had two cleanings with them and have no complaints. Only thing is; they close Fridays and when i schedule doctor/​dentist visits, I usually schedule them on the same day and on a Friday. Haven’t had anything more than just cleanings. Satisfied patient!
