All I can say– I have been looking for a long time for a great hair dresser, that knows her stuff– has an extensive hair background /​education & training, someone that really cares about her work. Jennifer (one of the owners) is all that– can’t say enough good things about the place! Clean, professional, no drama kind of place. Will be back. She gave me a great bob and my color is awesome. She took her time and I never felt like she was rushing to get on to someone else– I hate that! I’m impressed and I’ve been to all the high end joints — both in Vegas and all over the world — she really stands out. To top it all off– has a great personality! What a pleasant surprise! Great customer service. You won’t be disappointed *****5 stars!

So it turns out her haircut was done by someone with less than 6 MO of experience without notification…

I’ve been on my hair journey with Meg for almost a year now and I am so happy she’s found a home at such an amazing Salon! She has wicked skills with her hair cutting and not only that but she is the colorist queen! I fully put my trust and hair in her hands and she makes me feel more confident each time I step off her chair! She helps me embrace a beauty that I love flaunting whether it’s a new hair cut, color, or make up. I get compliments for days and weeks after! Book with Meg! She’s the rockstar you want to see! Omg and they have hot towels when they wash your hair! Best part ever!

Meg is, hands down, the best colorist in Las Vegas! She has been doing my hair for over a year now and I have never received so many wonderful compliments on how much everyone loves my hair. I can show her a photo of any hair color and she will make it look even better, not to mention the color fades so beautifully every time. I have never really stayed with one hairstylist because they were always the same, but Meg is so unbelievably talented and passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. I will be a customer for life!

Loved my experience here! Meg was my stylist and she was amazing, I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she nailed it! I felt super pampered here, and everyone was very friendly! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon and Meg to friends and family.

I have not been able to find a hair stylist that I like, knows their stuff, and that I can trust since I moved to Vegas 10 years ago. Finally, I can honestly say that I have found my stylist in Meg at Jm Hair Gallery. I have gone from almost completely gray, horribly damaged hair to a vibrant, healthy red. Meg really listens and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. She is a genius with color. It was my first time at Jm Hair Gallery and it had a really great vibe and the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend the salon and especially Meg.

I called, got an appointment and I was told that Jennifer McMillan is the hair colorist for the salon. I needed my hair done today (Saturday) but Jennifer was booked the rest of the day. So I chose Chelsea because of the positive feedback from her clients. Chelsea is knowledgeable, thoughtful, accommodating, cheerful, efficient, and has a visual understanding of what I needed. As I was seated on one of the stations, she offered
me a mimosa? Water? Coffee? (at no cost to you). Wow! I thought this only happens in Beverly Hills or an upscale spa. They really pay attention to details. Impressive!!! Chelsea started with a consultation – color chart and pricing. More like brainstorming, making sure we’re on the same page. (Amazing! No surprises here! Good business ethics!)
My rule: Hair color should complement my skin tone. Since I’m naturally tan, I don’t want any red tones in my hair.
The result: my jaw dropped! I gave her hugs because I was so pleased! My highlights looked so natural. She delivered beyond my expectations! I was transformed!!!

This salon is a keeper!

While in town visiting from Denver, I realized I really needed a hair cut. I found this wonderful salon on Unilocal.As I business owner myself, I realize that reviews are the bread of butter of new business. First, let me say by saying that my stylist Breanna was one of the nice people I have met. She was not in a hurry and really understood the look I was trying to get back to. I had a really good hair cut and not only did she recreate it, she made it better! She took a few photo and I sent them onto my husband. He loved it too! Tanya, one of the owners was kind and grateful for coming into her business.
The good thing is that I am coming back next in a few months and this salon will be one of the first stops!

I loved my experience here, so much talent under one roof! As a stylist myself, I am very particular about who does my hair, Kit is amazing, she has such an eye for color and cutting. I highly recommend Kit for anyone wanting a top notch look. The whole team is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. When you go in you feel like family, I will be back time and again!

As a new transplant from Boston to Vegaa, I found this salon from the good reviews on Unilocal.
I met with Jennifer who is a warm, sunny person — she gave me a wonderful color with great highlights. Later, the co-​owner (another Jennifer) came over and gave me the best cut I’ve had in a really long time! I’m extremely happy with the results and the positive energy in the salon — it really seems like people get along and have a good attitude to their customers. I will definitely be back!

I moved to Vegas over 2.5 years ago and could not find a good stylist. I literally would go back to Cali to get my hair cut lol Until my Sister-​in-​law told me about Breanna Palmer at JM Hair Gallery. She knocked my socks off!!! Finally I found am amazing stylist here in Las Vegas/​Henderson that I Luv!
Breanna is always on time, so friendly, professional and knows what she is doing. My hair always looks amazing after she has cut and styled it for me. She informs me of all the products and techniques she is using on my hair. I would recommend her to anyone!

I’m all about edgy places since I have an asymmetrical cut and curly hair!
My stylist in Tampa said I would have to find a good place and I didn’t listen. I tried to use clippers myself to no avail, so Bree came to the rescue!
She did a fabulous job on my trim — quick also — and was so friendly and cute!
The owner, Tonya, even greeted me to town and recommended a nail place for me to head to!
I’m coming back, there’s no reason to look any further to get my ‘do done!

Visiting from NJ, heard about this place through a referral and I was soooo pleased with the way my hair turned out! The staff are very kind and welcoming. Love the atmosphere of the salon!

Sara did a wonderful job on my hair color. She clearly loves what she does and conveys a very positive vibe. She also doesn’t talk a lot, which I appreciate. I like to relax and hate it when a stylist «interviews» me. She doesn’t talk a lot because she’s very focused on what she’s doing… which is also a good thing. Still, she was very warm and friendly.
I was also very impressed with the salon. It’s clean, nicely decorated and I was offered water AND a mimosa! This was my first time there so I arrived a bit early and basically opened the salon up with them. Because of this I was privy to their morning meeting. It was all about promoting continuing education, sharing ideas and at the end they went around and each person said something supportive about one of their co-​workers. Everything from thanking them for something nice they’d done… to calling out a great result they’d had with a client the previous day. I’ve been to salons where everyone is gossiping and badmouthing one another. None of that here. They seemed like a family. It is more pricey than Green Valley Ranch… where I went until my stylist moved away… but if my color holds up, I will definitely be back.

Breanne Palmer help me with my very first ombré. Right away she walked me through the game plan. While she did my hair she would tell explain to me her techniques. It was nice to know what she was doing and what I need to expect.
I actually really enjoyed talking to her and I felt like we we able to really able to relate with one another. Nothing felt forced or awkward, this was a big factor since this was it took a few hours.
She educated me on the difference on ombré and sombre. My hair went from boring to dramatic to the most beautiful subtle look. I was so happy I literally cried once she was done.
I was feeling so stressed out with my hair before and her patience in taking the time to fix my hair was really appreciated. This salon I can really see the love and dedication everyone puts in their work. They are all about customer service.
I told Jennifer as I was stepping out how wonderful the experience this was, as a Birthday gift she gave me some complimentary shampoo and conditioner which was total not necessary but it was so kind. You don’t really see that anywhere else. Not to mention the other day Sara (I think her name is with green hair) she gave me sun shield spray.
I recommend this salon, I will be coming back in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRE FOR DOING A FABULOUS JOB! You’re so young and talented I can see you going so far in this company! Hug and kisses to everyone at JM Salon.

The results are absolutely amazing. She was thrilled and I was even more thrilled. I could not have been happier to see the green gone for good. She instructed me search for PM focus salons in California since I lived there. She would send me the formulation to ensure my hair is maintained by the right people back home.
I honestly cannot say enough about Jennifer. THANK YOU SO SO SO SO VERY MUCH for saving my hair on such short notice. Love her!
I will definitely be back to visit her when I am next in town.
