Kid’s Kloset

I live on the other side of town so when I saw the store I was excited to go in. What a waste of time! First off, no greeting. NONE. I was the only one in there and both people working couldn’t be bothered to say hi. Nothing was even said when I approached the register!!! NOTHING. Then there was the fact it was a heat box in the store. No air on at all. I was sweating from being in there. Then the clothes are not checked at all. I picked up 5 items and ALL of them had stains or tears. And then the ones I found that didn’t, were extremely over priced. This is second hand clothes people! If I want up spend $ 12 on a shirt, I’ll go to the mall! And there isn’t any organization on the racks. They try by size but that wasn’t done real well. No grouping by color or type (i.e. tanks, tshirts, etc.). There were no rhyme or reason to the shoes either. And they don’t offer returns, just exchanges. If the one item I actually found doesn’t for, I’ll donate it before going back!
Maybe I’m spoiled by Children’s Orchard and Kid to Kid, but they have beautiful organized and welcoming stores staffed by friendly and helpful people. I will NEVER be back!
