Landview Landscape

We’ve always like Landview Landscaping, until recently. Today I received a phone call from a gentleman stating he had taken over my contract and I hadn’t paid him. First off, I had paid for service for December, but hadn’t realized it was a new company since i was never notified that my contract had been sold to someone else. Last time I had contacted Landview Landscape (in November), Anne had told me that Andres had taken over billing. She told me nothing about him taking over my contract, so I thought she had hired Andres to help out.
I am disappointed that I was never informed that my contract had been sold. I truly couldn’t care if it was sold or not, but it would’ve been nice to be notified.
Bad customer service overall if you ask me.

A Cryptic and shady company that has trouble communicating but not when it comes to billing. This company does not take its costumers security and safety very seriously. Mysterious billing and the surprise that she (Ann) «sold» my contract to another company and gave the security keys to them without our knowledge or consent.
A new crew showed up telling me that i now employ them. Because Ann at Land view accepted money from them and it is their right to do the job.
1. Land view has no right to sell a contract that does not exist.
2. Land view has no right to give strangers keys and codes to our community without our consent.
3. The company that she did «sell» the business to is not a legel Nevada business.
My HOA is up in arms because this company chose to «give out» the codes and keys to anyone that would pay them/​her.
Now i am being asked to bare the cost of reprogramming all. Neighbor gate codes and replacing security FOBs for 40 homes.
Go elsewhere. land view is an avalanche of trouble.

We had a large desert yard that needed to be beautifully landscaped and ugly cinder block walls that needed stucco. Mike was the designer and contractor for our 15,000 sq ft brown ugly dirt yard. He arrived for consultation the next day. He had drawings, CAD designs, and estimates within a week. He listened to my ideas and requests, and followed through. His crew was friendly, efficient, and the hardest workers i’ve ever seen, arriving 7:00 sharp every morning like clockwork. Mike checked on our property almost daily, scheduling huge truck deliveries of trees, rocks, dirt, and equipment. Very attentive, organized, professional, and friendly. My husband and i are so glad we chose this company, as we had several less expensive bids from others.
Call Land View and ask for Mike. Mike’s taste in wall design, walk ways and lush landscaping is upscale and creative. Exactly what we wanted for our new home. Thanks Mike and crew, for a fabulous front and back yard!

What a fantastic company! I had a problem with my sprinkler system when the riser broke off in the PVC. I called Landview Landscapes and was able to schedule the repair for the same day! The problem was fixed promptly and efficiently for a great price. I highly recommend these guys & won’t be using anyone else.

Love Land View! I’ve used them for several years now and I am always happy with their work. We live in CA and use them to maintenance our rental properties in NV. Anne is amazing and always makes sure the work is done. One quick call and they are there within a day or two. Pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend this company for any landscape needs!
