One Day Fitness Repair

We recently moved to Las Vegas from the East coast and had a Hoist weight machine which was disassembled by the movers into a million pieces. I had no idea how I was going to get it back together. We were given Rusty’s phone number as someone that can help. We contacted Rusty on Saturday and he was here on Monday to put the Machine together. He was amazing and the cost was very reasonable. He also noticed that 2 of the pieces were for our tread mill and fixed that also at no additional charge. I can recommend Rusty with absolutely no reservations.

Just had Rusty in the house to work on the treadmill… RIGHT on time — quick, clean, efficient service. Our treadmill is up and running again with no squeaks and looking new! Great work, reasonable cost.

I have to agree with all the other Unilocal reviewers, that Rusty of One Day Service Repair is a fantastic guy.
He runs a business that not only delivers what is promised with expertise and efficiency, but more importantly, he has a standard of ethics and fair business practices that frequently seem to be lacking in Las Vegas. So often we are left feeling wary and helpless after being burnt time after time at the hands of unscrupulous salespeople and/​or inflated costs for repair services. Thankfully, that is not the case here!
Rusty, thanks for being an example that there are still fair and decent people in the Valley.
Rusty charged only a one-​time service fee and the cost of the part needed even though he came to our home multiple times to get the right part diagnosed for the problem with our elliptical machine. He did a checkup on our treadmill, as well. He was on time and extremely helpful & knowledgable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his business; this guy is the real deal.

Rusty was great! I had to seek him out after having no luck getting the name of a repair company from FreeMotion (they basically told me that they couldn’t help me). Rusty came next day and fixed the treadmill in 15 minutes. The treadmill went down a couple of days later and when I contacted Rusty, he responded and came back over right away (he has a 30 guarantee for his service) ! After deeper investigation, turns out there was a short… Rusty called the manufacturer himself, found out that the parts are under warranty and had the part shipped to our address. When the part arrived, he came right back over to replace it with NO labor charge! Great professional service, I’ll definitely call him again if needed!!!

After countless disappointments with various service techs in LV, it’s such a pleasure to find one like One Day Fitness Repair who conducts business honestly and efficiently. Owner, Rusty Day, scheduled an appointment for the day after my initial call, he showed up on time, did extensive trouble shooting, told me I DID NOT need to replace the expensive parts I had anticipated, performed some preventative maintenance, and even vacuumed the surrounding carpet and did a minor «detailing» of my treadmill. He did all this for the basic service call fee, with zero hidden charges or «gotchas».
When I called him back a couple days later regarding a second, unrelated issue, he again scheduled an appointment for the following day, came out on time, and found a very inventive custom solution to my unique problem. He must have spent nearly two hours to accomplish this, including a couple trips to parts stores, and after solving my problem for me with a custom installed axillary fan for my walking treadmill, he only asked for a $ 35 reimbursement for parts, and wouldn’t take any extra for his time until I insisted on it. How often do you encounter that in LV?
I couldn’t be more impressed with One Day Fitness Repair– perhaps the most competent technician, and best customer service I’ve ever run into during my 12 years in Vegas.
