Having a property manager was the best decision I have made with my house in Las Vegas. It can be difficult to deal with tenants and after a bad one, I hired Chad and his team to take over and relieve me of the stress. They found me a tenant right away and took care of everything. They are very easy to deal with. I should have done it sooner. After seeing some reviews on Unilocal,you will notice they take care of the home owners, and they deal with the unhappy tenants who don’t get their way — THAT is why I don’t manage my own house anymore. If you are looking for a quality property manager, I highly recommend them. They have done a great job for me. The send me updates with my house. They are there when I need them! You won’t be disappointed!

I have only good things to say about Chad and the Andrew Team. They have managed my house for over 8 years now. We know they look after our investment home in Las Vegas. After trying to deal with our tenants before, I was so happy to let them take care of managing our house. They are very knowledgeable and professional. If you want a great property management company, I highly recommend them.

THEYARETHEWORST!!! Renters beware!!! Worst property managers ever!!! For the last 3 months of my lease, I lived in an inhabitable house and they did not seem to care until I got code enforcement involved. THANKGOD my lease was coming to an end so I could get out!!! Renters beware! Property manager is extremely arrogant, rude, and had no knowledge of the rental laws! Worst experience of my life. The last 3 months of my lease were like living in hell!

By March 16, 2015, still unable to find another suitable, perhaps more attractive property in Henderson, I braved calling Chad Andrew, principal agent of the ANDREW Team at RE/MAX Advantage. At first, he was hesitant to deal with us after having received our previous complaint from the BBB about our ordeal. We followed up with an email explaining that the property was already in its 5th month empty, whereas similar comparable properties in the area were renting out immediately. We added«Everyone is going to lose, especially the landlord. We do not wish to escalate this problem, so please consider agreeing to make amends and accept our hand in friendship, especially during this time of Lent»! Chad Andrew, wrote back after speaking with the owner who was agreeable. Understanding that the house was recently renovated after dealing with previous tenants with large dogs, we accepted the property in its acceptable condition. Chad Andrew came to do the walk through of the house, asking us to call him directly and gave his personal assurance that he will personally take care of us. True to his promise, as we approach the second month of our lease, he has helped us in our transition, sending two handymen to take care of replacing the hot water heater, sprinkler system adjustments, hot shower problem, oven problems, disposal problems and soon the insect problems plaguing Las Vegas. To date, we too are trying to live up to our promise to take care of this beautiful home. We have installed 5 ceiling fans, rainwater shower heads, replaced all light bulbs to LED and nicely decorated this beautiful home. We pay all bills two weeks ahead and we have NO pets, so the landlord will also be very happy. We are now in a WIN-WINSITUATION. We would give him 5 stars but then he would have to be successful in convincing the owner to build a security fence and lower the rent a bit or locking the rent for the next five years!!! Nevertheless, Chad Andrew is very professional and we highly recommend him for your buying, selling, renting or Property Management needs. Thank you Chad!!!

My review is for Michael and Chad. After living in one of their condo rentals for roughly 3 months, I am ready to break my lease just to get away from them. They care nothing for their tennants and would screw then over if it saved them $ 60. I reported multiple issues upon moving in that took months to be resolved, if they were even noted. The realtors scheduled maintenance without consulting me and made me pay for issues present during my first walk through. Even though the place may look great, please save yourself the stress. You will have to pay rent plus pay for every single issue. You might as well buy your own home.
