I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible! When I called to make an appointment, I was asked for a $ 50 deposit. They explained the deposit was in case I «didn’t show-​up for the appointment and the poor doctor would just be sitting there for the next hour.» Fine… I had no intention of being a no-​show.
I was asked to arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork and I complied. I then sat in their waiting room for an additional hour with no contact from anyone. When I went to the reception desk, there was no one there so I left.
It’s unbelievable that a business thinks it is acceptable to make people wait 30 minutes let alone AN HOUR!
So I followed-​up the next day to make sure my $ 50 deposit would be refunded and was told they would not. Again, unbelievable.
No problem — my bank reversed the charge ;o)
