Thermocouple on water heater needed replacement. Was quoted $ 185. When I asked why so much for a part that only costs about $ 10, technician said it was a little labor intensive. I think $ 110 for the service would have been a fair price considering the «intensive labor» was just about 20 minutes from start to finish. Just one more reason to DIY next time.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I called on a Thursday because my tub was clogged. The man that came was complaining about it being a lot of work. He left said he’d be back Friday I got no call and a no show on Friday. I called the co. They said someone will come sat. Same thing no show no call. I called again asking to speak to a manager or sup. They said the sup. Will call me n I got nothing. Then I called again on sat. And they said someone will come Monday. No one called or came. Finally today is Tuesday and they’re here but this is ridiculous it took 6 days for them to fix my tub. N they’re supposed to be a 24 hr. Service. I will never go through silver state again.

Wow is all I can say! What a Excellent Company and The People Who Work For Them are so Nice! I had them come for a estimate on what needed to done on my water heater, we knew something was wrong, the pan was full of cold water, and Chris with Silver State Plumbing was so good to explain so we could understand why this happened and why water heaters do this when they are starting to get old. He took the time to treat us like we were very important and he did the water heater right then, and that to me is such good service! Had great conversations while he was here and he was here for awhile with all that he had to do, and he explained how to take care of it too! If you need a really good company, this is a good one for plumbing and they really take good care of you!

We had a broken water line to our water heater. Needless to say we needed a technician very quickly. He arrived on time, was very knowledgable, courteous and efficient. The repair cost was very reasonable, given the short notice. We will definately call them again.

Kudos to Chris Martell with Silverstate Plumbing. Was on time the first visit, and since we needed to have other work done before he could do the install, we scheduled his second visit. He called well before the scheduled time to see if we were home as he was available. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Silver State has reasonable rates and no hassles.
