Before hiring The Lavell Group, I first worked with a different agent who was not able to complete the short sale for my townhouse. My experience with the first agent and Geoffrey was drastically different. With the 1^st agent, the bank ended up rejecting my short sale application. After receiving the rejection letter from the bank, the 1^st agent basically told me sorry and we parted ways. While the 1^st agent is well known in the area and has plenty of experience with short sales, he simply did not guide me through the process like The Lavell Group did. Right from the start, Geoffrey did a great job of explaining how and why he would be able to provide me with much better service than what I had just experienced.
