Xpressions Salon and Day Spa

Erica has been cutting my hair for years now and she always does a fantastic job at it. Ask for Erica if you want great, reliable service every time!

First thing, Lisa has her own private room. Very peaceful and calming. It’s a perfect mini get away. Fingers & Toes by Lisa is the perfect place for me. She has been my amazing manicurist for 5 yrs. I have very sensitive cuticles and she is the only one that can do my nails without hurting. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be pampered and have beautiful nails!!!

Can’t say much about Xpressions, as I ended up walking out. What I would like to express is my extreme dissatisfaction with one particular nail technician named Brandi. Brandi had a horrible attitude the moment I walked in to get my nails done. Very poor customer relation skills. She didn’t greet me, just said my name and motioned me to sit down. I used a Groupon which was good through the date of my appointment. She didn’t want to accept the Groupon after I showed her the voucher on my phone claiming it was expired. After debating what expiration dates mean, she went to another room to call Groupon to verify. She returned from this supposed conversation with Groupon to tell me she was right and the Groupon was no good. Due to her snarky attitude more than anything I decided it was probably best that I just leave. Upon getting home, I called Groupon to find out what was going on, and was told that my voucher was still good for that day. In my opinion, for what ever reason, Brandi either lied to me or just didn’t feel like working that afternoon.

I had a difficult time booking a nail appointment through Groupon with Brandi (Get Na! l’d by B)
My Groupon had not yet expired (I had 4 more days) and upon calling Brandi, she had no availability. In my book, I made the effort to use the Groupon before expiration and because she did not have any appointments available, she would need to extend the Groupon until you have something open.
Apparently, this is not how Brandi felt and let me know it. She said the voucher was good for 4 months and I contacted her 4 days before expiration.
Nowhere on the Groupon did it say I needed to call/​book by a certain day.
I got a refund through Groupon and will not be doing business with Brandi.

He Gave Me Just What I Asked For… I Have Gone To The Same Stylest For Over 10 Years And One Day She Was No Longer There… I Went To Many Shops Before Deciding On This One… The Approach At The Front Door Was 100% Right On The Money… After Meeting With Michael He Was Confident He Could Help Me… I Am Very Very Pleased And Will Return !!!

This salon had really great reviews so I figured I would give it a try. What a mistake. Everyone was really nice and friendly, but my hairdresser, Mollie, just did a terrible job. She did not listen to what I wanted at all and died my hair about five shades darker that I asked for! Black/​brown is not the same as dark BLONDE/​light brown. When I told her it was too dark she just said «oh it will fade in 4 weeks or so.» Well duh, but I want my hair the color that I told you right now, not 4 weeks from now. An call me crazy, but I don’t think black will fade to dark blonde. She wasn’t rude or anything, just really unprofessional, almost lazy it seemed. She knew I didn’t want my hair that dark, so I don’t know a. why she mixed that color in the first place, and b. why she let it develop for so long. After the color, I just wanted a simple trim and to have my layers fixed up. Well, she trimmed it but that was it, so I no longer have any layers. Not to mention the one piece of hair in the back that was about an inch longer than the rest. Needless to say I will not be seeing her again. I could have saved myself $ 75 and cut and dyed my hair on my own. Disappointing.

I have been going to Xpressions Salon and Day Spa for seven years. Shari is the one who does my hair. I have never had anyone do a better job with coloring my hair and cutting it. She is so courteous and so meticulous in her work. I drive 20 miles each way just to see her. They are very concerned about what their clients needs are. Also Chris has done my nails, and she does a wonderful job. I feel very fortunate to have found Shari. I would not go any place else to have my hair done.
Definitely a five star review from me.

I actually visit this salon only for Cathy Leake’s skin care services and have never received hair services here. The salon seems a bit dingy — not a luxurious or classy feel. The receptionist, always the same woman every time, doesn’t seem pleasant or helpful. In fact she’s pretty dismissive. She offers clients of the hair salon something to drink when they check in at the desk, but does not offer the same to Cathy’s clients. Honestly, this salon seems on par with the cheaper chain hair salons in the area.

The only thing I don’t love is her room. Not as luxurious as other waxing places I’ve been to, and even the sheets on her (very comfortable) bed are old and stained. But when it comes to her top notch skin care services, easy going personality, and her prices, she deserves nothing less than 5 stars!
If Cathy weren’t here, I don’t think I’d ever give Xpressions a shot.

I went to have a facial with Cathy and she was amazing. I have recently moved from Seattle to the Mojave National Dessert. I recently detoxed and have been working out and my skin has been breaking out from it. I decided to give Cathy a try due to her reviews. Cathy is very knowledgeable about skin and what works and what doesn’t. Cathy’s room is located separately from the Salon and is very neat, organized and relaxing. Cathy is very professional and ensured that I was comfortable all throughout my treatment. She works very quickly. I will return to see Cathy again, and she also went out of her way to text me that she was running a few minutes behind. The only thing that I did not care for with the Salon that was the lady at the front desk was rude. I came in told her I had an appointment and she called Cathy to inform her that I was there and she was running a few minutes late, and she didn’t say anything else to me. I had to ask her if there was any paperwork that I needed to fill out and she informed me no, then immediately helped the next person (as if I wasn’t still standing there) and asked them if they wanted wanted something to drink or a snack, and did this again to the next and next person that arrived. So Cathy is a peach, but the lady at the front desk is rude!

Just went in for the first time. I had an appointment with Shari and it went great. Great job and very friendly atmosphere, I’ll be making this my hair salon from now on. Thanks for a great experience.

I had an appointment with Molly. I arrived about five minutes early, and was told she’d be right out. It has now been forty, and she hasn’t come out to say anything! At this point, I’m going to go someplace else. Terrible customer service.

Please work on your answering skills, font desk lady. I wanted to book something there for my mom, but whoever answered the phone (approx. 11:20 5÷9÷12) had the sourest attitude that I couldn’t stomach. Answering questions sweetly and informing me, rather than be condescending and making me feel clueless is highly preferred.

I get my hair done by Jessica Tobler. She does a great job at bleaching and coloring and has always made my hair feel so soft after going to her. She’s great at cuts and often offers special promotion prices. Jess goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable while she’s doing your hair and always leaves you looking fabulous. i would recommend her to all my friends.

I started going to Xpressions to see Samantha two years ago and have kept going since! Everyone there is spectacular and especially Samantha! She is the best when it comes to waxing! Facials are her specialty along with extractions! Girls, if you want to really take care of yourself, go and see Samantha cause her prices can’t be beat! I leave smooth and clean!

I went on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have to wait and saw someone right away. I also noticed that if I paid my stylist directly it’s much less expensive (a cut was $ 35 cash). I’m certain each stylist has his/​her own pricing, but I was generally pleased. I’ll be coming back!

This is one of my favorite day spas. With Euphoria right around the corner, people may miss out on a great spa experience. I have only had a few services done here, but what I have had done was phenomenal. I go to Lois for pedicures/​manicures. This is an absolute MUST. Lois has a private room, much like the rooms you go in for a massage or a facial treatment. She always has soft music playing, and suddenly you forget right outside the door is a noisy salon filled with the sound of gossip and hairdryers. Her pedicures are a dream! They include all the things a standard pedicure does, but she always adds a special touch, like the hot rock massage, and the warm towels wrapped around your relaxed tootsies. Lois is also trained in diabetic foot massage, which apparently is a challenge/​dangerous. I purchased a gift card for her services for a male friend with diabetes, and he LOVED it. Everyone I have sent to Lois has had an amazing experience. It’s a little more pricey than other establishments that focus on getting you in and out, but it’s an experience everyone should have at least once. You won’t get a pedicure like this at Euphoria! This is the perfect place to pamper those piggies!
