The ice cream is delicious! There is often a long line on nice nights but it is worth the wait! My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Their waffle cones are wonderful. Although we haven’t gotten anything but their ice cream, they also sell Nathan’s hot dogs and food items. They have a drive through if you don’t want to stay and eat there. Make sure you get their punch card — 10 punches and you get a free small ice cream!

Best Ice Cream around. You can always find a coupon online or go during happy hour which is Daily 3p-6p for 30% Cones. The ice cream is so creamy and flavorful — I love the birthday Cake and seasonal flavors. So happy that they now have 2 Fat Free/No Sugar added soft yogurt. The sherbet flavors are bursting with flavor and they had a great peach flavor this summer. They make homemade waffle cones — you have to get one. Make sure you get a ice cream punch card and earn free cones.

Seriously the best ice cream I’ve had in Rochester! Tastes so fresh & is made in house :) So many flavors, including some unique varieties like«graham central station» which was graham cracker flavored with toffee-like graham cracker chunks & chocolate flakes. I’m ready to go back tomorrow. You can sample the flavors too. The server was very nice too.

This is without a doubt the BEST ice cream in all of Rochester. Other places can’t hold a candle to how creamy and delicious this ice cream is. The new york cheesecake is my favorite and I often find myself just craving it.

Let’s just start by saying I ended up with way more ice cream than I bargained for. And I am a serious bargainer. My keen negotiating skills were put to the test by this treacherously generous purveyance of cold, sugary bliss. I was at first confounded by the myriad examples of possibly delectable concoctions, so I resolved to stick with something easily palatable, peanut butter cup sundae(with one scoop of vanilla ice cream, and one scoop of cake batter, yum!). My lady got the hot fudge sundae, which was to ultimately become the«hot fudge sludge,» Oh-Em-Gee. amerrrr-zing. Now, being a more or less lifelong Rochester denizen, I have been compelled to regard Abbott’s as being the benchmark for a businesses’ success in making/taking cream, sugar, and flavor, mixing it up then making it cold. What I did not know, was that you can do better! Much better. The kid behind the window was super helpful, the portions were astronomical to the point of near absurdity, and the ice cream was damn good. If it wasn’t «way out there» in the backwoods of H-town, I’d likely visit way more often. My cardiologist no doubt approves of their location. I had a moment of real sadness however, when I threw a few dollars in the tip jar, and the guy working looked legitimately shocked. Shame on you, patrons. TIP!
