This review is based when I had metro pcs which was over 2 years ago but better late than never right? So for an affordable phone and cell phone plan, there is no one better. But the saying is true when they say«you get what you pay for». The service itself on the phone was crap, the battery life didn’t last long, had a lot of dropped calls and service was on the bad side. The phone choice is almost at looking at phone from the 90s, standard flip phones and slide phones and some phones that claim to be like the iPhones or Andriod phons(but really aren’t). The actual customer service here is good, Gabe is great and always does a great job in helping you out. Overall decent place, decent phones and decent phone bill price but once I switched to Verizon, got better service(& discounts), and an iPhone, I can’t see myself ever going back to metro let alone getting a phone besides the iPhone. This is a great plan for kids getting their first phone or for a young adult who is starting out paying their phone bill. Oh and make sure you pay your phone bill on time(pay at the store or through text) otherwise your phone will get shut off!

This store is great. When you look up customer service you find the address to this store. Great team. Bilingual and great prices.

Have been waiting a half hour for this” be back in 10 min” sign to go down so I can buy a phone case. This is rediculous, who ever is working here needs to know the meaning of 10 min. P. O’ed

Customer experience with an 86 year old woman, poor communication skills and lack of patience. Technology today is complicated and can be some what intimidating to Seniors. Learn from your mistakes and understand everyone will get older at some point with hopes the mind will keep up.

Man, I really tried to be patient but my patience has been exhausted. I’ve only ever dealt with and seen one single person working at this location, and he does absolutely NOTHING to assist customers in anything related to a helpful or even half ass at best fashion. It is ridiculous that he is employed. I hope management reads this review and takes immediate action, because the madness has got to stop. I have been to this store at LEAST ten times on any given day of the week, well past 11 am, and had to wait outside because no one was there and the doors were locked, store closed. I have called and visited with questions regarding various issues, and never been able to get anything but the runaround from this«customer service» representative, and all this with an ATTITUDE. complete rudeness and disrespect. It is absolutely infuriating. I needed to know the date in which I switched from my previous model to my current model phone, so I asked if he could pull up my account and let me know. Asked around when I switched, I told him a little over a year ago. «Nah, I can’t pull up your record if it’s that far back.» I called the Rodeo location and asked the same question. «Yes, we absolutely can do that for you», is what I was told. Hmm. TODAY — last straw. I called to ask if there was a way to reset my device, because I had gotten locked out of it and was unable to sign into my Gmail account to unlock it. This dude told me there was nothing Metro could do and that I’d need to contact Google, when it had nothing to do with Google, but with the device itself. What a joke! Again, I called the Metro down the street in Rodeo and explained my situation, and the lady there told me that she could absolutely reset my device for me for a small fee, promptly filled me in on the data I would lose on my phone once we did the reset. along with other information I’d need to know, and basically did what a customer service representative is supposed to do — her job! And with a smile even! There is NO excuse why this man is employed at Metro in Hercules, or in any type of customer service position. Could I take all my business to Rodeo location instead of this Hercules location that is 2 minutes from my house? Sure I could. But why should I have to? Management — please do something NOW.
