Tulip Nails is nice. The décor is a bit on the fancy side, but not overwhelming. There was nothing special about the shop or service. They have a pretty nice polish collection. I chose Blue Suede (I think) and I love it! They also have a super duper nail drier that I really appreciated. I think we as women can agree that letting your nails dry is so annoying.

I went to Tulip Nails at 6 pm. They’re supposed to be open until 7. They didn’t have the polish that I wanted, so I told them that I was gonna drive to Target 5 mins away and get the polish and come back. I got back at 6:30 only to be told that they were closed. To come back tomorrow. I’ll go back when I have the time bc they really do great nails and have a lovely space. I was just bummed cause I want what I want when I want it. And they’re supposed to stay open till 7.

Felt very rushed thru my mani and pedi. My mani clearly needed a third coat because it was so streaky. I had to ask another person to give me a third coat and then I literally had to finish up my own nails w a finishing coat. Wouldn’t go back again.

THE WORST!!! They rushed us through our mani-pedi’s and my mother’s and my nail polish both bubbled AND they left nail polish around my nails and my mom’s nails. A second grader would have done a better job painting my nails! Not to mention the owner was rude and «didn’t see the bubbles» on my nail polish. I’m never going again.

I’ve been to this place a few times now and I can’t say it’s the worst place ever but I wouldn’t recommend them. I went in on a Friday to have my 5 year old daughters nails and toes painted. They were pretty busy, which wasn’t a big deal. No one ever spoke to me to ask what we were needing done. So I waited and waited and even sat down right behind the nail tables. I watched as 3 more groups of 2 ppl walked in. They were all greeted and asked what service they wanted. One after the next. Once they took and sat the 2nd person who walked in after me and started working on her, I’d had it and left to go someone else. Pretty unprofessional.

Went on a Saturday no appointment and my friend and I were immediately seated for pedicures! Bowls had liners replaced after every customer! Loved this! The décor was beautiful and had a very classy feel. My toes were perfect and the polish never wore off I took it off 4 weeks later! Will defiantly be my regular place for pedicures!

Amazing customer service. This business opened in the Hermitage area in September and is already one of the go to places to get your nails done. The staff is courteous and dedicated to providing the customer with what they want. I received a mani/​pedi with acrylic and shellac for $ 98, well worth the money. I asked for a natural look and that’s exactly what I got!

THE WORST! Having had a bad experience with my gel nails coming off two days after applied, I gave them a second chance and had the SAME experience! Only some nails came off the VERY NEXT day. I got one fixed and went back for the third time to get the others fixed and would have had to sit and wait for so long that I just left.

No appointments on Saturdays, walk in and wait only. They are open until about 7 PM on weekends. The technicians were nice and friendly though they spoke little English. The receptionist was quite gruff and abrupt. I would rate the quality of work done about a B, but handy when your A+ go-​to is booked.

Very clean inside and bright inside. They just opened in September 2014. Staff was friendly. I got the base pedicure but wish I would have upgraded for a longer foot rub … my favorite part!
I also like that they have Essie nail polish.

I made an appointment with tulip nails for a toe polish change and a polish change on my acrylics. when I got there I waited for 30 minutes. After my polish toe change, which consisted of two toes, I was denied to get my nail polish changed. The woman who was supposed to do my nails, whom I believe is the owner, said she couldn’t do my nails after her current costumer. I paid $ 8 to sit there for 30 minutes, get two toe nails painted, and get denied of my nails being painted. If I went here again, my visit should be free of charge.

Oh my gosh you have got to Visit Tulip Nails in Hermitage not only is it gorgeous but she has all the state of the art equipment. What impressed me was the pedicure chair with the throw away liners which is only used on you and then disposed of! Lynn you are the best!
