Jamba Juice

Great location with ample parking. Staff was friendly right from the get go and gave a good selection on a smoothie I should try.
Most Jambas have a weird smell but this one is one of the only ones I have NOT smelled that smell in. Was a good atmosphere and smoothie came out correctly and quickly.

I’m new to the area and decided to drop by Jamba Juice to get a refreshing smoothie. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but the staff was so friendly and I just love the high energy, especially the guy making my smoothie. Sorry, I didn’t catch your name. Treasure, I believe is the cashier and she’s really sweet too. Ordered one of my favorites, Kale-​Ribbean Breeze, without nonfat Greek yogurt. Tastes great as usual. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should. The ingredients consist of passion fruit mango juice blend, kale, mangos, nonfat Greek yogurt (if you don’t do dairy just tell them to leave it out) & chia seeds. Parking is easy, plenty of spaces in the lot.

Manager is horrible (one that wears a lot of make up). Talks to line employee’s like they are dogs. Arguing in front of customers like me you will not get my business. DO BETTER !!! I’m very disappointed & I think the employee’s are to.

Went in today and it was busier than normal, but only one person in line and three girls behind the counter. I stood behind the one man in front of me for about three minutes before asking him if he’d been helped yet, he had not. Not one of the three girls acknowledge him or me. I ended up walking out after standing there for five minutes being completely ignored by all three girls. Not sure if the guy In front of me ever got helped.

We walked in and we’re not greeted once so ever. It took several minutes before we were acknowledged. When I received my order it was incorrect.

Healthy options galore :) I come here almost every week. And am never disappointed. Greens ‘n ginger (intense ginger level!) and the Apple ‘n greens (subtle sweet flavor) are my all time favorite fruit and veggie smoothies. I’ve also tried the Berry upbeat smoothie and it’s good too.
Service is solid! Always fast and always friendly. The shop is clean and organized.
The thing I love love love about this place is Apple pay! All I need is my phone and Boom paid and done. Ideal if you are on a run/​hike or just got back from then gym.
And if you sign up for the jamba insider rewards you’ll get $ 3 off every now and again. Just type in your phone number at the register. Voila!

Went here after a hike in PV. The guy was helpful with the new options Jamba had to offer.

I’ve tried this location out a few times and it’s always been a below average JJ experience. The staff always seems like they don’t want to be there, it takes a LONG time to get your order and a couple times they’ve made the wrong drink. I don’t like that Jamba has raised their prices either! I only go here to redeem my Groupons and gift cards, otherwise I just make my smoothies/​juices at home. I’m still giving this location 2 stars though because the drinks still taste pretty good.

2 stars for the whole experience. I subtracted for cashier, young lady whose name starts with a «K». Poor personality and didn’t thank me for leaving a tip. Every time I go to Jamba Juice, the cashier acknowledges the tip and appreciates it. She also got my order wrong. Wish I could give the tip to the other staff members instead.

I love Jamba! I usually get a pomegranate pick me up and a sourdough pretzel. My co-​worker and I get this every Friday morning. It’s become part of our routine. I’m so glad there’s one right across the street from me!

While tucked away a little bit, it’s always been an easy spot for me to remember and recognize whenever the wifey and I need a quick smoothie while driving through the South bay. Easy parking, and the typically friendly employees inside.

Its located right off PCH and Pier Ave. Plenty of free parking in the Vons shopping center.
I love this location because first and foremost, they offer wheatgrass, which seems to be few and far between with Jamba Juice. I did not have to wait long at all. 10 minutes tops for wheatgrass.
Another bonus for this location is that Vons and other food establishments, which means I can get other errands done. Convenient.

Friendly staff and yummy smoothies! I always google first for coupons, and almost always they would have one that’s buy-​one-​get-​one-​free. Jamba has been my go-​to spot for smoothies, I just absolutely love it!

Jamba Juice is «the Starbucks of Smoothie/​Juice bars» in that there’s a reliable consistency to their quality and the brand is supported by locations conveniently located throughout California.
This location is great since it has ample parking and is near the Hermosa Beach strand, so you can walk there and enjoy sipping on your Jamba Juice (warning, don’t park your car in the Jamba Juice’s private property parking lot during the weekends or busy times or risk getting towed if you’re going to venture out to a day at the beach thinking you’re getting free convenient parking and leaving the premises).
During the weekdays, it’s easy to access and not crowded. The service is both fast and friendly. The proximity is in the mall and has other things to do such as shop at the frame store, greeting card store, do banking, get groceries, the pharmacy, as well as places to pick up Chinese food as well as a Hamburger.

I’ve stopped by this location a few times to get an oatmeal for breakfast usually when I have an early client meeting in the area and so don’t have time to cook up anything at home.
The staff is usually friendly greeting you as you walk in. The only negative is that early in the morning, the sun shines into the store through the big glass windows on the side where the counter faces so its uncomfortable to eat there while the sun is beating down on you. They should perhaps get some shades for the early morning so people can eat at the counter without the discomfort of the sun blinding their eyes.
Otherwise, they serve all the delicious items typically found at these stores.

My husband was the first person in the store and 5 more customers came in AFTER HIM AND AFTER HE PLACED HIS ORDER. He was not served UNTIL he raised the question when is his smoothie going to be prepared?
The previous time we were at that particular location, I noticed that we were not served in the order we placed our orders. At least 3 – 4 customers who came after us were served BEFORE we received our orders and at that time we had our baby with us. We are an interracial couple, I am a Caucasian and my husband is an African-​American. This is totally unfair and unacceptable service!
We will take our business elsewhere, since this store is not treating customers equally.

I’ve been frequenting this JJ location a lot lately because I’m addicted to their blueberry and blackcherry oatmeal. It’s slow cooked with soy milk and oh-​so-​delicious. None of that instant crap from McDonalds and Starbucks. This Jamba Juice serve their oatmeal typically until noon. Come before noon just to be safe if you want your smoothie with oatmeal.
I’ve come to recognize the faces of the employees here. It’s always the same crew that works the morning shift. Everyone is friendly and quick to greet you when you enter the store.
Employee Pearl deserves to get recognition for her awesome customer service. She is always working with the biggest smile. I was coming here quite a bit when she started to greet me by name right when I walk in, this made me feel both welcomed and a valued customer. She is also great with my oatmeal requests. I always asked her to pack in the oatmeal really well. Moreover, she is always helpful with the menu and customer’s additional requests. I remember once a mom with a baby was concerned with the size of the smoothie for her child. Pearl offered to put some of the smoothie in a small 8 oz cup so that the baby could drink it. I thought that was nice.
Anyways, I’m a fan of this location.
It’s also only a few blocks away from the beach ~ muy bueno. :D

Possibly the best consistent service here. It’s always the two guys that work there, can’t recall their names. But everytime I come in… they’d greet with a big smile, super fast and get my order right every time.
*I can’t really say that about the other Jamba stores.

I have never had any issues here, the staff is always friendly. The good thing is that whenever I come, I never have too bad of a wait.
