My fiancé was recommended to Seymour Jewelers through a friend. He found the perfect diamond and had it set for me. Lucia has been amazing throughout the entire process, from his first visit to the store, to after we were engaged and when I got to step in and help design the setting. We’re in the process of perfecting the final product, after 2 months of me going back and forth with design. We plan to purchase our wedding bands with the help of Lucia, since she’s been so great throughout this process. I have a couple of other high end pieces I’ll be shopping for in the next year, and will definitely be going through Lucia at Seymour’s. I’d recommend her to any one looking for a trustable, reliable jeweler.

I broke a intricate gold chain of mine, and took it here to try and get it fixed. I got a thorough explanation of exactly how they were going to repair it, and how long it would take and how much it would cost up front. One day and $ 15 later you wouldn’t even be able to tell it was ever broken. Fantastic service & if I ever break anything else in the future (which I’m sure I will) I’ll be coming back here! Thanks so much!

We came because my aunt’s ring was stuck on her finger and we tried every home remedy possible and still no luck. I found this jeweler on Unilocal and read some reviews and thought to give it a shot. I called before hand. When we arrived, by far, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would give them more stars if I could. They cut my aunts ring and resized it and we are picking it up in a few days! Can’t thank them enough!

Thank you Jon for making the most beautiful engagement ring I’ve ever seen. Jon was so helpful and took all of my crazy request and turned my wildest imagination into reality. On top of providing the highest quality piece of jewelry I own they also provided excellent customer service. I recently took my ring in for a polish and small diamond replacement and Jon took care of everything! If you want something beautiful unique at a great price go to Seymour’s. They are the best!!!

I had visited a «mall» jewelry store to get my ring cleaned. That store attendant warned me that my diamond was loose and it may fall out. I was extremely worried about it and didn’t wear my ring for a week! I took my ring to Seymour Jewelery in Hermosa and they inspected it thoroughly! She said stores often say that for more business. Seymour ended cleaning up my ring for no charge! They are authentic jewelers with no agenda but selling high quality jewels. I will always think of them first because of their honesty.

Seymour’s provides excellent service, they have gorgeous pieces, many one-​of-​kind items, and can craft a ring with a simple picture. My hubby purchased my engagement ring here and I absolutely loved it. Pam made sure it turned out exactly like the picture I gave him (yes, I’m one of those girls, lol). Very personalized service, and when we lived in the area, I would stop in for a free cleaning and she would always ask about the hubby and our dog.
For Christmas, my hubby special ordered a necklace with birthstones representing everyone in the family. Totally sentimental and I loved that piece as well.
I would definitely recommend Seymour’s. Don’t even bother with those other big chain jewelers.

I have been a loyal customer of Seymour’s since I moved to manhattan beach ten years ago. I have also been working with Pam for the last ten years, with all of my many purchases. She is amazing, because she she listens, she’s very knowledgeable, & she does whatever it takes to to help me get just the right piece. Pam also is very good at knowing what I like, which is extremely helpful for my husband when he’s buying gifts for me! I keep coming back not just for the great pieces they have, but also the customer service I receive from Pam. She takes customer service to the next level, and that’s why I won’t go anywhere else.

Pam has been wonderful to us, and we truly feel like family when we walk in. She has helped my husband pick out the perfect gifts for me. She knows my style and is always available should I ever have questions or need help. From diamond wedding bands to necklaces, watches, and custom pieces she has always delivered five star quality. I’ve never written a Unilocal review before but I don’t want anyone else to fall prey… Scam artists. They were our family jewelers for almost a decade starting with my engagement ring, our wedding rings, Omega and TAG watches etc. Most recently I brought in some gold and was told it was worth $ 300 yet South Bay Gold offered me $ 800. Most egregious was my husbands Omega Seamaster had some moisture and I took it in and the official word after their «watch guy» looked at it was told that it would be «as good as new» after the repair ($ 750.) but when I went to pick it up Pam told me it couldn’t be in salt water (it’s a DIVE watch!), she completely changed her tune, and Scott told my husband he would buy the watch from us and gladly sell us a new watch. We brought the watch to an official Omega Store and their repair person examined the watch and found nothing wrong with the watch whatsoever.

I stopped in via recommendation while on vacation to have my watch, 2 rings (one being my grandmother’s very delicate vintage wedding ring) and bracelet cleaned. Jon expertly cleaned everything on the spot, was very knowledgeable about even my vintage ring and educated me on proper care an maintenance. It’s clear that Jon’s customer service goes above and beyond and owner, Scott, sets Seymour’s standards high. I now take all my cleaning and repairs in whenever I travel south to visit Hermosa.

The staff were all friendly, informative, and helpful — not pushy at all! The selection was amazing. None of the massed produced generic junk that you find at all the chain jewelry stores.
If you want personal attention and unique pieces, then Scott at Seymour’s Jewelers is definitely the man to see!
