Tikimon Bike & Board Rentals

They say the smoothies are made with fresh fruit only. I doubt it. They don’t taste so good. To much sugar and too much water.

I decided I wanted to bike along the Hermosa Beach boardwalk.
Pros: it’s cheap and very close to the boardwalk. $ 7 for thin tires an $ 10 for thick tires.
Cons: Wasn’t a fan of service. When I went, there were only a few bikes. I gave the guy $ 10 for the «crusing» bikes, which had fatter tires. I could barely reach the pedals. Actually, I couldn’t, now that I recall. The guy said «once you ride, it’ll be fine». Umm… will be feet magically grow when I start riding a bike? Umm. my name isn’t Jack and I’m not going to buy your magic seeds to grow into a giant. He did have a bike later and it was crappy, with thinner tires. He told me he would give me money back for the thinner tires, but when I returned, he never offered. I was in a good mood and said «screw it».
Verdict: there are like 6 bike shops along the plaza in Hermosa beach, go there instead of this one.

Awesome place. Perfect location to walk your boogie board about 40yrds to the beach. Great price, super nice dudes & it came with a handshake. I’m not from here but if I were to return, I’ll definitely spend my money here again. The only thing that sucks is the parking around here. Parking has nothing to do with Tikimon but I almost drove to another beach because EVERY single space was taken for about a mile. No biggie though. Found a spot, got my board, and I’m chillin on the beach.

Good surfboard rental $ 15/​hr. Keenan is super cool & set us up – will definitely come back.

The rental bikes here are the nicest around. They all look brand new. The cute blonde boy help adjust them so they were just right for us.
