The appearance of the hair salon was like no
other I have ever entered. It seemed like a hole in the wall spot. However, I enjoyed the look and believe the wallpaper inside and interior decorating showed all of their personalities very well.
I had a Groupon for Haircut with Nicki, but she stepped out and I had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea! She was sweet and did a wonderful job on my haircut!
Absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you ladies :)

I’ve been holding off on writing this review because I feel awful giving a mediocre rating when the person providing the services was a true sweetheart. Very talkative, nice, personable. For THAT I would have returned.
However…many things about my experience were just unprofessional and I don’t have time to mess around with it every time I want my hair done, so unfortunately, I won’t ever return.
I had a Groupon. While waiting for my stylist, another stylist told me the groupon was created because my stylist needed to practice doing women’s hair again since she had worked at a barber shop for years. Even if this is the reason, I don’t like knowing that I’m «practice».
My highlights were shocking and took me some time to get used to. I did have to have a friend cut stray hairs because the cut wasn’t even… but that’s minor. All in all, my hair turned out lovely and as time went on, I began to really love it.
What really upset me? It’s not good when the stylist says «oops I may have gotten some on your clothes». At the time I brushed it off and hoped she hadn’t. Two of my favorite shirts that I wore that day (cami and cardigan) have bleach spots on them. One of the shirts can be dyed but the other can not. :(
There were other things about the experience that were unprofessional but I was OK with them at the time. Kind of unforeseen events and, as I said, the stylist was so sweet. Maybe I just had a weird experience. The salon itself was adorable and all the stylists are independent and rent their booths.

Barbi did an awesome job with my color correction. She took her time and was very precise. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Not at all pretentious like most other salons. It felt like a modern version on the beauty shop my grandmother went to when I was a kid. I’ll definitely be back!

Nicki was great! No wait and friendly service. Great price for highlights so I’ll be going back.
