Terrible customer service. We walked in 20 minutes before close knowing exactly what we were looking for. One of the associates told us they could help us if we needed anything since they were closing soon, a couple minutes later my sister asked to try on what she went there to buy and was told «no you can’t because we are closing in five minutes» — even though they had another customer still trying stuff on and shopping.

It’s standard for a beauty supply that caters to AA clientele. They have a variety of hair care, wigs, weaves, braiding hair, makeup, tools, and nail polish (which are not the best quality). However, I tend to shop Sally’s and Ulta for nail polish. They are nice and the customer service is good (to date I have been here about five times). What’s cool is that you can earn points toward future discounts with each purchase.

Nothing fancy but since I often find myself in this area it is one of my go-​to hair supply stores. They have a great mix of supplies for women with mixed or natural hair textures which is great! They carry my favorite coconut oil which is one of the reasons my hair has grown 12 inches so fast!
Appears to be family owned but they do know their products pretty well and I notice they get in a lot of the new products coming out.

Great store, great staff. I have been going there for years and can’t think of anything negative. They have a lot of products on their shelves and have everything you would expect in a regular beauty supply store. I only gave this review a 4 star because some of their products are a bit more pricey. Other than that, I would recommend them.

The staff is completely rude! Upon entering and walking around the store, the owners says «we are closed» In a rude tone! Meanwhile there were 5 other customers shopping! I preceded to leave and my friends continued to shop. My response was «the door is unlocked and other people are shopping». Too bad there aren’t many black owned hair retail shops! The customer service was completely unacceptable!

I always go here to buy my hair extensions. The color I want is hard to find in the brand I like to use. The husband and wife actually order what I asked for from their distributor and hold it for me because they know I will be coming in to buy it. Their prices are very competitive compared to other beauty stores in the area. The service is very good and friendly and they now have a discount card where you get money off on your next purchase. For every $ 100 you spend you get $ 10 off next time you come it. I recommend this store!

This is the closet hair store to me so I frequent here often. Thankfully, they now offer a frequent customer card. This is always my first stop when I am looking for weaves, braiding hair, wigs, shampoos/​conditioners, or a satin pillow case.
Some of the items sound basic, but if you are looking for a particular brand then I would give Beauty World a try. They have a little of everything and the prices are fair.
