I had my hair done by Linda, Choi’s fabulous sidekick of over 20 years. This dynamic duo really know how to service their customers. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by both ladies even though Choi was working on a client. Linda asked what kind of cut/​style I was going for and I told her I was long overdue (over a year) for a haircut. I wanted the tips lobbed off and layers put back in. She led me to the back of the salon to get my hair washed. The wash itself was okay, definitely no scalp massage like a couple of other salons I used to frequent. Once I got in Linda’s chair, the magic began. Scissors flew with the greatest of ease, accurate yet quick. Meanwhile, though I’m typically not one to make much conversation with my stylists, both Choi and Linda effortlessly had me chatting like we were all friends that haven’t seen each other in a long time. What seemed like a blink of an eye, Linda had cut, blow dried and styled my hair into its former glory. A fast service doesn’t mean quality suffers by any means at this salon.
Overall, fantastic customer service from both Choi and Linda. They’ll make you feel right at home even if it’s your first time there. Their skill in making you look and feel like a million bucks is second to none. I highly recommend getting your hair done with either of these wonderful ladies!

Very friendly and competent service! My favorite place for a haircut!

I went to Choi for the first time before my wedding in August. My previous haircut was an absolute disaster (the incompetence of that barber will be the subject of a different review!) Choi was able to work magic and give me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. It was perfect for the wedding, and I’ve continued going back to her ever since. I can always count on my hair looking great after every appointment. My hair never has that odd «just got cut» look that I always got anywhere else. Choi is very friendly, absolutely great at what she does, and her prices are very reasonable. I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Choi is Fabulous! Found her thru one of her current clients. My hairdresser had retired and I just couldn’t find someone I connected with and who had the experience. Then Choi came along and from my first visit she just knew how to style my hair! I love it and will continue forever! My husband now goes to her as well. Her staff are all very nice and her salon is very Zen. I find it calming. Choi always makes you feel welcome and like you are family. You cannot go wrong with Choi’s salon! Highly highly recommend.

Ms. Le has been cutting my hair since I moved to NoVA. She herself will admit to specializing in cutting men’s hair and she does an amazing job every time. I have never been displeased with her work.
My wife has her hair done by the owner, Choi (who moved to the new location with Le), and she says the same things about her every time. She is extremely friendly and is especially good at making her bangs look just the way she describes.

Choi has cut my hair for the past 15 years. She and the rest of the group always do an outstanding job and provide top notch customer service. Even when I lived in Boston, I would make it a point to stop in for a haircut when ever I was in town. To this day, I still make a trip from Arlington to Herndon just to get a haircut at Chois. I wouldn’t even begin to think of going anywhere else!
