Their text message alert was not helpful. I received it on a day of my appointment, but the receptionist called and canceled the appointment when I was on a way to the office. Next day she called me to reschedule. She said: «The afternoon is yours» and scheduled an appointment for cleaning, exam, and tooth extraction as I required. But next day I had only compehensive evaluation with focusing on what was not my priority at the moment. Several times I reminded to the doctor what my priority is, but he continued talking about the dental bridge for my lower jaw, which he apparently can’t install anyway. He also insisted on many x-rays. I never had in my life that many for only one visit. He also was not planning to do the tooth extraction. It seemed the doctor and his receptionist had a miscommunication. As a result, I wasted my time and an Insurance money. His service was also very expensive and not up-to-date. Next day my tooth was extracted and implant was placed by the oral surgeon. All x-ray pictures from Grande Dental Care were useless. The panoramic X-ray was needed for this procedure.
