Just Like New Carpet Cleaning

I recently purchased a Groupon service with this company. In accordance with the procedures on the voucher, I called the number listed. When I called the number, the representative informed me that they required a 5 – 8 day verification through Groupon and I needed to call another number to provide my name, address, and voucher number. The next day I called the other number. The representative told me the same procedures but this time asked that I text the information to that number. When questioning these procedures the representative told me if I did not like how they did business I should request a refund. I gave the company the benefit of doubt and complied but asked for a confirmation that they received the text. No confirmation. 5 days later I texted to see if they had received confirmation from Groupon and they did not respond. I contacted Groupon and was given a refund for what I considered poor customer service and bought another Groupon for a different carpet cleaner who gladly set up the appointment on the day that I asked. Needless to say I will not be using this company in the future.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I believe that Just Like New Carpet Cleaning warrants one. I’ve used Rigo’s services for over a year now and he never disappoints. I love the feeling that I get when I see the finished result thinking «Wow, the carpet looks the same way that it did when we moved in!»
Rigo is always prompt and he is flexible when I have a schedule conflict and need him to come earlier or later in the day he always comes through. Rigo is very friendly and provides exceptional service. I would totally recommend his services.

This is ridiculously bad experience. I purchased 5 room carpet cleaning, he just cleaning for 3 rooms, saying my living room as 2 rooms. Apart from that the service is worst. Not even smallest stain is gone. he just vacuumed my carpet and left. Whole process completed in 20 mins. For this he scheduled 2 weeks in advance, and he did’t showed up twice on scheduled time, had to reschedule. When Finally showed up, he was rude, careless, and he criticized me as i don’t know any thing about carpets. He wasted my time and money. This is total rip off. His attitude is so wrong, i will not recommend this to any body.

Just like new carpet cleaning has never let me down! They have been cleaning my home for a while! He is super friendly, professional, always on time, and offer the BEST deals on carpet cleaning with professional equipment and quality service! They also Never upsell (like some other companies I have dealt with)! I would definitely recommend this company!

Purchased a groupon deal. Texted a few times as instructed and never got back to me. Finally picked up my call and wanted to charge additional $ 75 fee for my location. Didn’t want to do business with groupon users… then why did the business bother to list on groupon?

Rigo is awesome. I have used him for the past year and I will continue to use him for life. He gets out all the nasty stains in my carpet due to pet accidents and high traffic areas from all the walking in our place. He is reliable, cool, quick and efficient. I am glad I found him!!! He’s my carpet savior!!!
