The theater was fine. My hubby and I saw a different movie from our kids(teens) the tickets were 10 bucks each which is not bad but 45 minds into our movie or kids called and said their movie was over. It was half over when they went in, we were told it was just starting. I was disappointed with that considering we paid full price.

Small number of screens and small theatre space. That does not reduce the movie viewing experience in any way — instead you are closer and more immersed in the experience with DLP projectors and surround sound.

Stopped in for a quick movie. The price was fine about average for the industry. This is obviously not the newest in theater designs but still set up fine with comfortable seats. I was able to get pretty good snack at their concession stand though the selections were fairly limited. Again the location is small and doesn’t lend itself to many options so that is forgivable. No cherry coke. That was highly disappointing. What lost them stars was the lack of staffing. The house we were in had been picked up(no trash) but hadn’t been cleaned. I honestly don’t think they had time or personnel. Also had to purchase my ticket at the concession stand instead of the ticket booth.

Movie Prices are getting too high all around, but if i am gonna pay more i would like place to be a little nicer and the chair more comfortable. Never buy snacks at a theater so i got nothing for you there. the screen quality in fair. but rooms are small and often dirty. they have a party room but it’s small. I expected better, for hershey.

I enjoy going to this theater when I’m in town. I love how there’s so many little theaters. I’ve never had a problem with service and the price is cheaper than going to a big chain theater.

The shift supervisors are always rude. I’ve emailed the manager complaining a few times. The manager is very nice, but they need to get rid of the supervisors. They are the face of the Cocoa Plex, and aren’t very accommodating. Someone needs to take this place over. Having staff like this makes me go to Regal every time!

$ 6.50 to see Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 on a Friday evening. My faith in being able to see movies at a decent price in the theater has been restored. Decent prices on food as well. No automated kiosks to purchase tickets so if you are coming to see a really big movie, it’s probably a good idea to get there plenty early since the box office only has two windows to help customers.

Should’ve known when I saw my fiancée and I were 2 of 6 adults in the theater. The movie experience was miserable due to teenagers talking and attention seeking girls screaming(we saw The Lady in Black). Attempted to talk to the manager, she looked me straight in the eye and walked away. When I saw her again, had to step right in front of her to talk. Her recommendation was«don’t come here on Fridays.» she did comp us 2 tickets. It’s usually a very good theater.

Really needs to be updated. I always hate coming into a theater and having to find someone at the concession stand to get a ticket.

If you’re in Hershey, this is the mainstream theater. Pretty average in terms of price and sound/screen. They show mainstream movies with about 8 screens. They take credit cards and have plenty of parking. There’s a coffee shop and a bar in the plaza if you need to kill time and afterwards, you can go grocery shopping next door. Only 3 stars from me due to the crowd — pretty young, rowdy on the weekends, and lots of talking. We usually go to Colonial Park. Even though that’s bigger, I find the crowd a little better.
