Sorry to see this business closed. We will miss the food and friendly faces. I guess will go to Elizabeth City if I want a good hamburger.

Great diner burgers, fries and onion rings. Onion rings did not have too much breaking and the bacon on the burgers is cooked crispy. Hubby got gravy fries and cemented the idea that gravy makes everything g better. No fifth star only because the grill master was solo and it took a long time to get food and it came out in stages. Very friendly staff.

Amazing Philly cheesesteaks and fries! Staff was friendly and the food was quick. We wanted to try the milkshakes or dessert but we were too full. Good food, nice people, and good atmosphere. Recommend for sure.

Maybe 4 stars. Only a little more expensive than regular fast food, but the dining experience is a giant step above fast food. Table service, large menu and a pleasant staff, served almost in as little time. We had cheeseburgers that were absolutely super and a chicken sandwich that was excellent. The fries actually tasted like potato! A sample of the custard was brought to the table and that resulted in 3 orders of custard for desert.
Wish they had Andy’s where I live.

Really enjoyed it. We stopped in after having passed by dozens of times. Had a cheeseburger, kids had hot dogs, chicken, etc. Frozen custard ice cream made daily. Fresh orangeade. It has a retro diner décor. Kid’s meals came in boxes that looked like little convertible cars. Tableside wait service, friendly and attentive. Really very impressed. We’ll be going back!
