Heavenly Mattress

I would definitely recommend Heavenly Mattress to all my friends and family. Professional service and great prices and quality. Very pleasant to shop there. They really care about their customers and they did everything possible to get me into a mattress that met my needs. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

This is the worst place to buy a mattress! We purchased 2 sets — one was completely wrong. We were delivered a cheaper mattress and the owner tried to pass it off as correct. Over 1 month later and still no results!!! Run, don’t walk from this place!!! This place is horrible and William takes no responsibility at all!!! Close your doors William!

William was very professional as well as his Delivery men. The Mattress was a great price and worked with me throughout the whole process. Delivery was on time and no problems. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I am so happy!

This place is a joke. I wouldn’t buy anything from here. I purchased a mattress 7 months ago and it is already sagging. I now have back pain which I never did before and my husband who suffers from herniated discs is in constant pain as well.
When we went to purchase the mattress we explained to William that we have had bad luck with mattress and we wanted something that will help my husband with his medical problems. I even asked his return /​exchange policy how strict it is. He reassured me he’s very relaxed and if we had an issue his in very good with the companies and we wouldn’t have a problem.
After noticing the mattress was deteriorating fast, we called the owner William to take a look at it and agreed it was a defective mattress, but because our sheet had color transferred to the mattress it voided the warranty. I told him that should have been made aware at purchase if something voided the warranty and his response «when buying a vehicle do they disclose everything»… Well yes sir they do! You even sign a form stating you received a noticed explaining everything in black and white. We bought the mattress paid in full, and trusting this man and his word… Which turned to be nothing. I would seriously think twice about doing any business with the man.

Excellent service, owner, William has great customer service, really worked with us and helped us get the best price and best mattress! I went to another mattress place but this one had better prices and great quailty! I highly recommend to others. Thank You!

Great Service. Didn’t over sell. Great price. Found what I needed for a lot cheaper than what I was expecting to pay.
Unfortunatly, they lied about having it in stock. So now, I got to wait longer than I was told I would. (2 more days. Ugh.)

As a result of traveling for most of my career and sleeping on heavenly mattresses I thought I would purchase one.
Two things surprised me during and following my purchase. One was the cost. For $ 3000 I expected to get a premium quality mattress. I found that the current product you are selling in no way qualifies. It is not the mattress quality of the heavenly beds I’ve slept in and the material on the top of the mattress is cheap.
While disappointed in the quality I got a fairly recuperative sleep so figured I would chalk it up to a poor purchase I would have to live with for the next 10 years.
However, in changing the sheets the first time I noticed an incredible flaw.
Feathers, I presume down but who knows, coming out of the top of the mattress. I hope you are as surprised as I am. What are feathers doing in a mattress especially as there was nothing in any of the sales or communications which mention this feature.
If any reasonable amount of money had been spent in the selection of the fabric on the top of the mattress, which, arguably gets the most wear of any part (higher thread count materials trap feathers in for instance,) this wouldn’t be a problem, but clearly the cheapest route was taken.
As a result, I have to vacuum the top of the mattress with a handheld vacuum every time I change the bed. At some point, I expect to be sleeping on the bed frame as all the feathers will be depleted. It would be funny if not for the reputation of your company resting on such a shoddy product.
I am incensed that 1) I spent close to $ 3000 on this cheaply made product and 2) that I failed to ask about the mattress content… never imagining it would contain feathers. I will make certain that these facts do not remain unknown to the general public.
Westin…and the «new» Heavenly Mattress… what a disappoint.

Great service and the mattresses were significantly cheaper than other places in the area. The dude working there was likable and didn’t over sell anything. I got a decent mattress for 250 dollars!
