Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

Horrible do not eat their Chinese food. It was covered on nasty film and tasted awful

I went in earlier today and my God this is the best Catfish I have ever had! all I can think was the delicious smell all the way home. as soon as I got home I tore into the first one and all the spices mixed together give it a salty tangy sweet taste. I love this place and I dont care what anyone says about it!

So I am literally writing this review within about 5 mins of wrapping up my dinner and I have to say this was a horrible experience to have with a restaurant. I do not write reviews normally so in order for me to do this the experience had to beyond the level of bad.
First off when I got there was one person order ahead of me and the guy told me it would be about 11 mins for the chicken. I waited 15 mins but I could live with that as long as the food tasted good.
I order a 4pc meal which was suppose to come with 1 thigh, 1 leg, 1 wing, 1 breast, what I got was 2 wings, a thigh and a leg. The guy ahead of me had order a large meal and I have a feeling the gentleman screwed up and decided to just give me what he had left without saying anything about it. There was only one person at the counter and one cook nobody else in line behind me so it was not like there was a rush. Yet this is not the worst part and had it only been this I would of not taken the energy to write a review.
The worst part was all the fried chicken tasted like strong fried fish, now the guy at the counter was discussing to the person who had come before me how they have not had fish for most of the day. I understand some restaurants use the same kitchen utensils and such to cook both fish and chicken but this was terrible. I order fried chicken and tasted like old fish. I was hoping it was just the one piece but all the pieces tasted like fish. I even tried to peel off all the skin hoping it would help but it did not.
And I am wondering about people who are allergic to seafood who eat at this place because there are no warning signs. And how disgusting this was, because I have been in many places that served both fried fish and chicken and this has never happen to me before.
Needless to say i threw out the chicken and will never visit this place again.

Me and my husband went to popeyes on bear valley and saw it was closed i remember seeing this chicken place by our home we gave it a try and it was the best chicken I have tasted I’m glad popeyes was closed gave the chance to try this chicken sides were very good also. Service was very good. I will be returning here.
