Stopped in specifically to get a form notarized and there was no notary there. Had to go elsewhere.
Stopped by Saturday morning but they were not open yet. They open at 9am on Saturday.
I give them 3 stars because I like how they offer a receipt when you drop off a package.

True five-star service! This is a family owned business and I have been coming here for approximately two years now. The owners and staff are professional and have always helped me with anything I asked pertaining to shipping. Highly recommended.

SO helpful here. I came to print and fax some very important documents. She printed four sheets out for me that I emailed to the store. I thought I had everything that I needed, but I still had to leave and retrieve a direct deposit sheet from the Bank of America down the street. She was able to suspend my transaction so that I wouldn’t have to pay twice. I only had ten dollars with me, so I was worried that I would over spend. My total came out to seven something. That’s for 4 print outs and 4 pages to fax. I forgot how much printing is, but I do know that 1 page to fax is $ 1… Pretty pricey, if you ask me. The woman helping me, I wish that I remembered her name, but she was skinny, middle aged, shorthaired brunette/strawberry blondish, high pitched voice, mentioned that they are «always willing to work with you» when it comes to your payment.

Needed to ship out an Apple product for repair, they knew exactly what to do, I gave them the repair number, they pulled my info and packed the item all in under 3 minutes. ONLY complaint about UPS stores is they charge you $ 1 just to tape a box up for you, really? what does a roll of tape cost you… and they close Sundays
