NEVER AGAIN! !! The nail tech didn’t know how to file nails, she was rushing and my nails looked like a child did them for me. I was bleeding from my cuticles, she did not care to try to fix the mistake, I will never recommend this place, THEY NEED NEW NAIL TECH’S. She charged me more the the listed price, I pointed it out and she denied she charged me higher. DO NOT GO HERE, TRUST ME.

For me they are not bad at all. The woman who works at seat #8 is really nice and you tell her what you want and she will do it for you, she looks prepared profesionally and did a very good job on my nails. She offer me the UV GEL NAILS (in which I say yes) cause they want to sell it to you but it’s up to you if you want it! If not you just tell them. I don’t know why such negative comments bout the place. Tell them exactly what you want and that’s it! LOVE MY NAILS BTW!

Honestly go someone else. If you don’t mind a drive it’s best to go broward (my opinion)

It’s really a 4.5 but only because there have been a few handpicked (no pun intended) other places that deserve the solid 5.
This is legit 10 minutes commute from home and work and everything else on 49 street.
They have really cleaned things up since I first starting going to them. Which means manicurists are all assembled on one side and pedicure chairs on the other. Good presentation here Crystal nails with the wall paper and uniforms.
Now lets get down to the good stuff. They always have good polish and most of the newest ones. Also carrying gel colors of all brands. I think they all learn from the Originals so they are more than often trustworthy. They clean cuticles really good, exfoliate and file to your liking. They don’t even bother if you just want to cat nap like I do.
Prices are about average. $ 31 to $ 55 in regular manicure to gel and pedicure.
Always my very go to. The old dude is the guru of the place! ha.

Hidden gem in Hialeah. First timer here and will definitely be back. My gel nails are still going strong after almost 2 weeks. Came in at opening and had no wait.

Where do I start off by from the horrible service the long waits and let’s not forget bad work on nails. I was going there a few years back and it was never this bad but now I don’t know if they switched management or what but it’s literally like no one wants to be there and work. Last visit I was being a attendant by a young guy who I swear was even looking at my nails while doing them he cut me twice and kept being very rude to me about not moving! It’s like you cut me twice already how am I not going to move. Anyways save yourself your money go else where this place sucks.

I came here because I wanted to get my nails done for an event and I decided to give it a try.
Worst mistake ever! I made it very clear I wanted a FULL normal acrylic set and they gave me a UV gel acrylic set. I had a budget and they decided to make their own decisions, strike one.
Strike two, the technician didn’t even try to match the tips to my mail bed and put whatever tip he found in his set, making my edges stick out, the buffering on my nails was so harsh that I was cringing and crying throughout my whole full set. The acrylic overlay was so thin my tips would MOVE, yes, MOVE back and forth.
Strike 3, I was the watching the Dolphins game on my phone and multiple time the tech would take my phone and watch the game HIMSELF instead of putting it on the TV the had available, I don’t know about you, but I have very important information on my phone and I’m finicky about who touches it. He tried to unlock my phone multiple times to watch the game and that was the last straw. The color I had to settle for was disgusting because the colors are so old and limited.
I was fed up and wanted to leave, I paid, tipped and left, as I left I heard him say «WOW!» Because I only left him a 2 dollar tip, he’s lucky I even tipped him at all.
Just add in how harsh my set was, my nails and cuticles were so raw for the next three days that I had to take ibuprofen to alleviate the pain of my throbbing nails which I never experienced in getting a full set before.
I will NEVER be returning here again as I have learned my lesson.

I have been coming here for a while since the 1^st time. Yes, they are a little bit rude (maybe because of the different language, their costumes, blah blah blah. But believe me, you don’t have time to spend 2 – 3 hours at a nail salon and make friends, so this is the place to go … They do their job, they are efficient and believe me … YOUR NAILS WILL LAST AT LEAST 2 WEEKS.

Went to this place last min the guy did a okay job on painting my toes. Other than that I hated this place. The guy cut me and kept hurting me. I’m not going here ever again.

They painted my feet and told me the gel polish I wanted wasn’t available. If I wanted to match the same color, I’d have to pay for a polish change… That’s not my fault! It’s dirty, there is absolutely no attention to detail, and my nails look like crap. Oh! The pricing is also not consistent. Stay away.

Terrible customer service, I was very unhappy with the way my french manicure and pedicure came out it looked like a five year old did it. When I went back to fix it the lady had a huge attitude about it and still did a half-​a** job. While I waited for my turn I noticed roaches crawling from the client chairs and crawling out of the water fountain. So I can just imagine how dirty their tools are never ever going back, worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

I like the way my girl, Lilly, works. I get my waxing done by her, and although it may not be 100% perfect as far as detailing, it’s good enough for the $ 12 I pay and it keeps me from looking like a cave woman.
Yes, they are quiet, but I prefer this to some loud Hispanic lady gossiping and making my head want to explode.
I’ve also done acrylics with them and I can’t complain.
They get very busy before holidays so expect to wait.
This is base solely on Lilly’s work. She is the only one who I go to.

One word can describe this place… AWEFUL. I ended up at this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon because I was desperate and did not want to go to work with my nails a mess. As I walk in I immediately notice the lack of motivation from the women who work there. They barely spoke to me. I sat in the pedicure chair and watched as the girl who worked on me did a half a. Job… It was so annoying! She would look at the tv, the wall, everything except what she was doing. My feet don’t look any better than they did before I walked in. My manicure is worse! My nails are painted like a 3 year old did them. Also my cuticles are ugly and not cleaned up. I will never again go there no even if my nails are falling off!
