Staples

In my previous Post about Staples I wrote that while I did not find what I needed, I still received great customer service. So for this trip to the Staples in Hialeah; I was on a mission! I went in hoping an hoping… but nope. They were all out of my 2014 ARC agenda refills. The staff in customer service called the person who worked in that area to see what they could do for me. This person was GREAT! He went out of the way to look through everything, he even tried to see if the Martha Stewart Agenda system (which is similar) was in stock. Finally he climbed a ladder, consulted with his manager and was able to provide me with my Agenda refills! He truly showed that he cared about what I needed and felt bad that I had driven across the county! To make it even better, I was able to use the 25% off coupon from the newspaper. AWESOME! Thank you Staples for great customer service at both sites!
