I easily spend $ 10k a year at this location! It’s never crowded and the staff is super helpful. They even accept competitor’s coupons!

SERVICE IS GREAT. If you need to pick something up quickly this is the Home Depot to go to. It’s in the middle of nowhere so it basically has no customer’s in it. It’s the strangest location but it works for the locals. The staff are helpful — as most Home Depot employees are and they all speak English

It’s the strangest location but it works for the locals. There Floor personnel are not the friendliest bunch but if you don’t have to ask any questions or ask for help, this is the place. Will continue to shop here when needed.

In these efficient business times, if you get keys to the office, you have to go and get them done yourself. This is where the Home Depot in Hialeah came in. I passed it on the way back home from work, and had seen it prior from State Road 112. Yes, it’s a little hard to get to even through the depths of Hialeah itself so it played to my hobby of Urban Exploration.
So anyway, back to my keys: I parked at one entrance, and asked an employee going on break where the key maker was. She pointed me out — with a smile! When I get there, no one was there and another one went to page the employee. Five minutes later, I officially became a keyholder and was on my way.
Minus one star for almost all of the cash registers being self-checkout (and one of them being cash only today). however there were enough employees on the floor. Therefore, at least for the key department, service was excellent and I know where to go back.

Home Depot always pales in comparison to Lowe’s. The person that helped me here was friendly, so kudos to him, but I ended up leaving and going to Lowe’s because they didn’t carry what I needed, and Lowe’s did. Out of all of the Home Depot locations around here, this one is the nicest, so three stars for that.

For being a Home Depot on the edge of Hialeah /Brownsville /Allapattah — its definately an «OK» store! The staff are helpful — as most Home Depot employees are and they all speak English. The store is a typical Home Depot. It faces the 112 Expressway — but getting to it can be a little tricky because you have to go through a few neighborhood streets either from US27, LeJeune or NW 46^th Street.
