Our air conditioning stopped working at our business on Friday. I called Hughes because they originally installed the system when we built out the space almost 2 years ago. The gal who returned my call(I cannot remember her name) was very nice and scheduled an appointment for Monday, but says if anything opens up for Saturday they will call me. I knew with the weather getting warmer out, chances of them coming Saturday were small, but I appreciated the offer. Monday morning rolls around, and I arrive a couple of minutes late to the appointment. The Hughes a/c guys are standing outside of the door. I offer my sincerest apology for being late, and they respond with«no worries». Once we get inside the building, they diagnose the problem very quickly, and let me know they have to get the parts in Denton. They gave me a time frame of when they would be back, which was nice because I had my newborn with me. They returned sooner than expected, installed the new part, replaced the air filters, and tested the system to make sure it worked before they left. Every employee I dealt with was helpful and courteous. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable they were, and appreciated their sense of urgency. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The a/c system in our house is going to need to be replaced soon; I’m sure we will be doing business with them again soon.
