Disregard the one star I gave it, this place deserves less than that. Let’s just say, employees are always blabbing about what goes on in the back, and it’s very unappetizing. From what I’ve heard on the inside, the sanitation rating should be subtracted by whatever it’s grade is right now. I’ve always thought the food was average, but it seems like the plain food should be the least of their concerns.

Breakfast. Drive-​thru. The line moved reasonably quickly. They were out of hash rounds, and they wanted to substitute French fries — no thank you. Sausage and egg biscuit, and biscuit and gravy costs less than $ 5.00. The food was average at best. The gravy was borderline watery, and it had no seasoning. Really crowded at breakfast. The employees were really hustling to get the drive-​thru orders out in a timely fashion.

I think quality control got the best of Hardee’s. Their thickburgers used to be the bomb but lately the taste just isn’t there anymore. Get quality control OUT!!! Make them so that people WANT to come back. This is NOT just for the Hardee’s in Hickory, I think it is for Hardee’s wherever you go.

This place is awful. Yes, the breakfast might be good BUT they are so so so SLOW. I thought it was FAST food.

This place is not at all that great. They past couple times I’ve ate breakfast there the biscuits just crumbled in the wrapper, and the service lacks alot.
