Prior to this last experience I would have recommended this store but after meeting the owner and discovering her business style, I will NOT be shopping this store again. Yes the selection is wide, and cluttered with kiddie items of all sorts which is why so many rave about this store. The previous experiences, I have had lovely interactions with the other clerks but the owner is horrible!
I recommend that if you intend to purchase an item, make sure to check the prices because if the owner doesn’t feel it is fair to her consignees, then she will raise the price on the object. I bought a infant carrier which was marked down to 12.50, Great Deal. I thought until I went to the register and the owner deemed the price was to low. It was marked down to that price on the tag but she refused to honor it. It is a present for my husband so I went against my better judgement and purchased it at $ 25. Then as I was walking out I asked if she had a Facebook page which she snidely replied «Yes, remember you bought it!»
What a poor display of customer service and business acumen. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Also, all sales are final so be careful if you intend to shop here.
