As a first-timer to any comic store, they seem to have a reasonable selection of products, and they had a small table in the back of the store with avid gamers, spending some time, doing what they enjoy. Looking over some past reviews, I cannot comment about poor customer service. I was acknowledged with a greeting and told that I was welcome to ask any questions if I needed help. Seems fair to me. Otherwise, they did not invade my space and pursue me to see if there was something specific I was trying to buy. Also, older reviews commented that they carried both older and new products. This is still the case. Some day, I may enter another comic shop, and have a basis of comparison. For now, I’d say, middle of the road experience.

Nice shop with a good selection of comics, graphic novels, D&D goodies and some character toys. They also have some old toys from the 60s and 70s for sale. I like the decent group of Silver age comics — brings back memories. The guy behind the counter, however, is not good. No acknowledgement when we came in or as we walked by him half a dozen times. I stood in front of him to look at the older comics behind the counter and he never even looked up. I was shy as a teenager so I understand, but stores like this are in danger of disappearing. They need good customer service to help them retain customers.
